They are competent and have lots of car, but the shuttle service and process times need a huge lot of work. More than 2 hours to be picked up (despite booking the shuttle as per their instructions) and to get the car is just beyond ridiculous.

the car itself is great, we got a subaru crosstrek. However they didn't vacuum the car before handing to us, there was animal hair inside from the previous hirer. They also should have informed us of the exit after picking up the car, as we spent some time going around and going to the wrong exit. The drop off process was smooth and quick, no need to go inside the counter again.

When booking, we booked a compact car, the cars shown were a Hyundai, Toyota or something similar. We got nothing at all like advertised. The car assigned to us was a Toyota Corolla, nothing compact about it. It was in a terrible condition, scratched, dented and dirty, not even bird poo was cleaned of the windscreen. We complained bitterly and were then offered a slightly later model Corolla but still a very old car with numerous dents, scratches etc but cleaner (they did have to clean it before we drove it away). Will we use you again? A definite no.

I waited at the airport for over an hour before someone came to pick up the car. Two days in advance, they told me that the car I reserved was no longer available and gave me a high-mileage Outlander instead (they said it was new, but it turned out to have 140,000 kilometers). The car shook while driving... Additionally, when I was refueling the car before returning it, they initially told me it required 91-grade fuel, but then suddenly said it needed diesel. When I got to the rental location, they forced us to get 91-grade fuel, which was more expensive. The overall experience was terrible, and they did not mention any extra fees for highway use. Be warned, Rushcar, LeaseX, and YESAWAY are all the same rental company—avoid them!

The staff were arrogant when I picked up the car. Despite having no customers, three employees made me wait a long time, saying they needed to finish previous orders first. I rented a seven-seater MPV, but they initially tried to give me a five-seater MG at half the rental cost, falsely claiming there were no seven-seaters available. Only after I argued did they reluctantly give me another customer's seven-seater. Their behavior was disgraceful. They were extremely polite to European customers. It took me an hour to get the car, while a European customer who arrived later got his car in 10 minutes. The drop-off process was convenient.

Not enough staff, resulting in poor service. When returning the car, there was a middle-aged lady who was very slow and unhelpful. Although we arrived first, she served a foreigner who came after us. The steering wheels was shaking when drive 80km or above. More important is safety concern when drive 90km on highway, the vehicle sway left and right which constantly require very focus attention to correct back to lane and holding steering wheel firm. At first, I thought it could be strong wind but when met up my brother in law on the 3rd day, who is car mechanic in Melbourne, told us the tire is worn out and cannot drive fast, as it is dangerous. Thus, throughout the trip was negative experience driving at slow speed which wasted alot of time at long distant travel. Suggest your mechanic check the wheel condition and shakyness of the steering wheel as poise safety concern.

At first, I thought Apollo and Cheapa Campa were different companies based on the listings, but I realized they are the same company when I arrived. We were served by an employee named Carmel. There was no aggressive upselling like some friends experienced in Europe: the staff explained their services, and it was up to us to decide. Carmel was friendly and patient, answering all my questions with a smile. As it was my first time renting a campervan overseas, I had listed questions about basic operations, gas, water, electricity, and fuel on my phone the day before picking up the vehicle. Carmel answered all my questions thoroughly. According to Carmel, the Toyota we rented was 4 years old. Over four days and three nights, we drove nearly 800 kilometers: from the pickup point along the Great Ocean Road to Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve west of Warrnambool, bringing the total mileage of the vehicle to 200,000 kilometers. For a road as wide as the Great Ocean Road, the vehicle's condition was satisfactory.

The overall service was almost non-existent. The app mentioned an airport shuttle service since the store is a bit far from the airport, but there wasn't any. The store always seemed to be unstaffed. There were two main issues I was unhappy about. First, the baby seat. I called ahead to confirm it would be installed, but on the day, it was just placed on the car seat and not installed. The elderly gentleman handling the car handover had no idea how to install it. I had to look up instructions online to install it myself. Second, the car was swapped last minute and had issues. The battery was dead, and I couldn't start the car the next day, almost missing the wedding I was going to attend. In summary, the service was basically non-existent.

The car certainly exceeded my expectation, all around. It was a near new car, so it was beautiful to drive and the condition was immaculate. The service was good, but the premises are far from professional. The driver that picked us up was the same that did the paperwork, took us to our car and took tons and tons of pictures of the car, tyres, rims, everything. Very Very fussy lender. He ran the show all by himself on pickup. In my many experiences of car rentals, this is the first time I have been asked to provide a receipt to prove that I have filled up with fuel before dropping off the car.

Very bad service. This owner should not work in services field as he does not provide any. No one showed up at the drop off warehouse therefore I informed them 4 days before, by phone and confirmed time and day for returning the car As no one was on site "the drop off day" I phoned them 5 times +one text and no courtesy to at least acknowledge. Airport pickup is busy - about as long as a shuttle to a remote location and a pickup would take. Car itself was good - but they didn't clean it between rentals. They left the paperwork for the old renter and there was about 3 hours between them dropping off and me picking up, which is why I suspect this happened. Other than that it was a great little Hyundai i30. Staff was very friendly for pickup. Overall, very smooth and will rent again.

I am extremely happy with the CS at aero drive. There was a slight issue with me getting picked up at the airport but they gave me an upgrade to a very comfortable premium SUV to make up for the delay. Extremely dissatisfied! Due to a small scratch that required a claim, the rental company charged the deductible, which is normal. However, the deductible was much higher than the actual repair cost. In this case, the third-party repair shop should have provided the invoice to Koocar, and then Koocar should have refunded me the difference. But Koocar took a whole year to refund because the third-party repair shop did not provide the invoice. During this year, I contacted Koocar multiple times, but they did not respond to my WeChat messages (I have screenshots to prove it) or answer my calls. I had to ask Zuzuche customer service to contact the rental company. It was a total waste of time and effort. This is a Chinese-owned company, and I personally feel it is very unprofessional.

Initially, I was told that the credit card would only be pre-authorized for the deposit and no actual charge would be made. However, they ended up charging me AUD 700. At first, customer service from Zuzuche denied the charge and even claimed they had explained everything to me via WeChat without actually contacting me. After multiple communications with customer service, they finally admitted to charging AUD 700. Although Koocar eventually refunded me, I lost over HKD 100 due to bank fees.

Never choose this company. When you arrive at the airport and call them, no one answers. When you call the shuttle, they say they haven't been informed of any customers from this rental company. I couldn't even get the car I reserved, which caused a delay in picking up the car and they refused to refund me. It’s disgusting, a dishonest company. No wonder their rating is so low.

The car rental fee is not cheap, there is surcharge charged by National when u picked up the car. the overall with full insurance is nearly the same as big brands like Hertz. but Hertz have clean and new car, but National provide a dirty old car. The car provided not really match my need. I rent a car from hertz before National and I can put all my luggage inside the car, But National Large SUV cannot as they provide a smaller car than what I rent. I asked for help and they just said they have no other car can be provided. Very poor services and I will never rent a car from National.

When I rented a car on August 29th, the rental company stated that the deposit would be refunded within a month. By the end of September, they claimed they couldn't refund the deposit due to the company's holiday (this is an Australian rental company, yet they observe China's National Day). Afterwards, they came up with various excuses not to refund the deposit, and sometimes the company's customer service did not respond. At the beginning, the rental company's staff said that there would be a processing fee if I used a POS machine, but if I used a QR code to scan with Australia's Royal Pay, there would be no fee. I paid a deposit of 5064 RMB, but finally, the company refunded only 5000 RMB citing the processing fee (while asking for the deposit, they also mentioned they could refund the full amount).

Scheduled to pick up the car at 2:45, arrived on time but had to wait for nearly an hour to get the car because it was being washed. Washing a car for an hour? The person who handed me the keys was a Chinese woman with short hair, speaking broken English, asking me to wait because there were foreigners ahead of me who arrived earlier. We weren't even renting the same car, so what's it got to do with me if someone else is waiting? If my car is ready, just give me the keys. I couldn't understand her logic at all. When I asked her to check how much longer it would take, she just told me to wait, saying couldn't I see there were others waiting? A Chinese employee being overly polite to foreigners but arguing with a fellow Chinese customer is off-putting. Definitely not renting from them again.

This is a fantastic rental company located not far from the airport, with a 7-Eleven gas station nearby where you can fill up the tank before returning the car. It's very convenient. I was helped by a very friendly guy from the northeast. He picked us up from a McDonald's near the airport in the morning and dropped us off at the airport after we returned the car. They offer pick-up and drop-off services around Melbourne Airport, which is very convenient. The car was a 5-year-old Crown in great condition. The rental price was less than 400 per day, and it was very fuel-efficient. We drove nearly 600 kilometers on the Great Ocean Road with a third of the tank left. It cost around 0.5 per kilometer. I was very satisfied with this rental experience and highly recommend this company.
