We took an Uber at 8:30 AM and arrived at the car rental service on time. The pickup process was smooth with no aggressive upselling. There were three of us, all with translated driver's licenses. The staff checked them and confirmed that we could drive without charging additional fees for extra drivers. The security deposit for the rental was $260, paid via Visa. The staff inspected the vehicle together with us, checked the fuel gauge, took photos for records, and reminded us to refuel the tank within 15 kilometers of the return location and keep the receipt as proof. After that, we hit the road. The car was quiet, in great condition, and everything went smoothly during the trip.
Car met expectations. The customer service during pickup and drop off vastly exceeded expectations. Cannot remember having dealt with such lovely people at a car rental desk in a very long time.
