As instructed, waited for the shuttle, went directly to the rental location, and after returning the car, the rental company's shuttle took us to the airport.
Email communication is so convenient, yet they didn't inform us in advance about this car. The car provided was a size smaller than the one we booked, but they claimed it was the same model. After arriving at the airport, we called for pick-up, but the service attitude was extremely poor! We had to make 6-7 calls, and they would often hang up before we finished speaking. They failed to clearly explain the pick-up location, and despite there being no other customers, they were swearing on the phone—what the heck?! Although no charges were deducted during the final inspection, it was done very carelessly. They just glanced at the car and left.
