    Like: In melbourne visiting my son and needed a car with plenty of space to pick up shopping for new apartment. Easy booking on the website and easy pick up. Allowed us to return the car to a different location closer to our accommodation.
    Dislike: A little slow at pick up due to only 1 staff member on duty.

    The first impression was terrible and uninviting by counter staff, (as we walked in he was arguing with another customer as they didn't have their baby chair as promised) but we hoped for better situation as we had no special requirements. Once it came down to pay deposit, the gentleman didn't want to accept my card since it was not embossed and argued it cannot go through payment even without trying. After 510 minutes of persuading to try he called someone on the phone and it was suddenly possible to process. Car was in good technical condition, however we found the items from previous owner and inside and was not cleaned inside at all.

    The car was collected at Southern Cross railway station, where the cars are parked some distance from the small office. We were shocked to find at collection that our car's exterior had not been cleaned, and that it was covered in bird droppings. For comfort and safety, we were obliged to clean the windscreen and other windows. We then found that there had been only a cursory cleaning of the interior, with some evidence remaining of previous occupants..

    The pick-up office location wasn’t clear and so took 30 mins walking around southern cross station to find. EuropeCar office had one person and a huge queue and it wasn’t clear in the booking process that insurance wasn’t through europecar.

    Southern cross station branch of Europcar office is small and service is just Moderate. We have to collect our booster seats from another branch due to the agent’s some mistake. The car is ready to collect and it only spend about 15-30 mins but because they didn’t have booster seat so we have to collect it from another branch and it spend us extra 45 mins. Cleanliness of car is moderate, it’s kind of dusty inside and the car we got is overdue service of 5000km which they said it’s alright. Anyhow we didn’t have any prob of car thru our journey and trip. We didn’t get Kia carnival as we booked but we got Mercedes Benz Valente, people mover car without auto car door. It’s kind of hard to push.

    They tried to sell me another 3rd party car insurance coverage. They should hv check properly that it’s alteady fully covered and included in EasyRentCars package instead. I hv to tell them to check twice and insist I hv already bought one. And they credit in my card additional aud 100 for additional cost for road tolls , parking etc. ie aud320+aud100. Feel quite uneasy about this size easyrentcars stated I Only hv to pay aud320 as stated in the email.

    Initially scheduled to pick up the car near the hotel at Southern Cross Station. When we arrived on time, we were told that the car model wasn't available there and were directed to another pickup point about two kilometers away. This was a hassle with kids and large luggage, and it was difficult to get a cab for six people. The rental company just said there was nothing they could do, leaving us to sort it out ourselves. Why offer a pickup point if it’s unreliable? No credibility...
