The service attitude was very good when picking up and returning the car, but when it came to refunding the deposit, there was basically no response. It was initially promised to be refunded within 30 days, but after 33 days, there was no refund at all and no way to contact the staff.
I paid a 3000 yuan deposit, which was supposed to be refunded in a month. Now it's been two months and still no refund. I don't know when or if I'll get it back. I'm currently seeking my rights. Think carefully before booking!
