The Apex - Adelaide Airport car rental location is located out of the airport

Please contact the staff to pick you up to Apex - Adelaide Airport car rental when you arrived.

1. After collecting your luggage, please phone our office on (08) 8352 5077 and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up. 2. Exit the airport terminal via the main doors. 3. Walk towards the Terminal Car Park ahead - before you get to the traffic lights on the left you will see an Australian Post Box. 4. Our courtesy shuttle will collect you form here. 5. The shuttle van has Apex Car Rental logos on it.

Drop-off Instructions

Vehicle needs to be returned to 219 Marion Rd, Marleston, Adelaide. During business hours, shuttle bus will send you to the airport.

Like: Transaction was painless and efficient and good value for money for a small car.
Dislike: Help lift heavy suitcases into the van when leaving as I believe this is a service downfall. Other than that, my first experience with Apex was a positive one and look forward to doing business again.

The staff at Adelaide Apex were extremely unhelpful. We had an issue, asked to speak to the manager, went in person and still not able to make contact. Extremely frustrating. We were forced to pay extra insurance on top of the insurance we had arranged (zero excess was included in our insurance).

Everything was great! Pick up at airport was really quick. Numbers and info provided in case of problems, everything spelled out clearly, return address clearly given. Return staff was great. Forgot sunglasses in car, Ken at Melbourne airport location offered to meet us at airport to get them. Had a small Kia that did have a funny rattle in engine and not much hill power, but no problems. Would rent again for sure!
