This company has hidden numerous high charges beyond the initial order, intentionally overcharging customers. They leverage vehicle deposits and completely refuse to return funds as a form of coercion. Counter and reception staff are frequently absent, requiring calls and extended waiting times. The specified return time is strictly enforced, yet the location for pickup and return is completely incorrect, being several kilometers apart. They exploit fuel policies and strict return times to impose high additional charges on customers.

The pickup location was easy to find and picking up the car was convenient. I booked a Citroën but was provided a Mercedes-Benz C180 Estate. While the car was slightly small for three large suitcases, its condition was great and the driving experience was excellent.

I was an hour late, but had no issues picking up the car. The staff explained that additional insurance coverage was not necessary, and there were no other sales pitches. Any existing damage to the vehicle was clearly marked on the pickup form.

The insurance purchased on the ZUZUCHE platform is not visible at overseas counters. As a result, the counter considers there to be no insurance, forcing the purchase of local insurance and other fees, totaling over 400 euros.
