Todo perfecto, muy buen coche y viaje muy bueno. Lo único fué, que tenía que pagar una cantidad al recoger el coche y tuve que pagar 7,46 euros más. Lo demás, todo perfecto.

I don't want to blame the staff at the Frankfurt Airport T1 counter, as I think he did the right job suggesting me a gasoline car instead of an EV (although I wonder the Mercedes was a reasonable option). With the change of car I was charged quite a bit at the counter additionally, but that is still understandable. What confuses me is the mysterious 30EUR additional charge on my credit card 1 month after rental, as well as the fact Eurpocar never replied to my request for sending me a full invoice via email. At the end, their website's contacting form doesn't allow me to send this claim due to some technical error on the website. I hope I'm the only one with this kind of experience.

OK. Except no facility to manage booking for amendment/extension. Had to do this analog style, by phoning Hertz. And this took 3 calls to affect.

They need to ensure rental cars are regularly serviced and is actually drivable.

First time booking, overall experience was straightforward. Shall see if diamond membership is really worth it with my next booking.

Charged $30 for about a gallon of fuel on return despite being told by agent I didn’t need to refuel

When I came to pick up the car, there was no car available. Dollar couldn't say if or when we could get a car. Dollar did not offer any kind of help, and if we didn't have family living one your away from the airport that could come to pick us up, we wouldn't have any other choice than to stay in a hotel at our own expence. Dollar refused to send me a message when a car would come. The next day we got help to come back to the airport to get a car, and then we actually got one. However, Dollar refused to deduct 1 day from rent, and also charged 15 dollars for toll passings even though we didn't have any car the first day. I've never experienced worse service than that.

Auf Bestätigungen wurde immer Toyata RAV4 erwähnt. Vor Ort wurde erwähnt dieser Typ wurde hier schon lange nicht mehr gesehen

Staff was really helpful and responsive. Also proactively reminded customers on liabilities so that it’s clear if an incident happens. However the condition of the car dampens the positive experience.

Car was as promised, although proton saga did not have many premium features, everything worked well. Bluetooth available.

Best value rental prices i have seen on the internet. Will use again.

Acrescento que o funcionário insistiu muito para fazer seguro quando já tinha um feito por vosso intermédio, alegando que vosso da Axa não era tão bom como o deles em termos de cobertura ,!
