APEX CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Apex had not received my details nor payment after booking thru QEEQ. As my flight was delayed and I arrived at my destination late (4:30pm), apex refused to pick us up from the airport because they state last pick up at 4pm. They offered to call me a taxi at my cost and they close at 5pm so I was struggling to make it in time. They had no details nor payment thanks to QEEQ so I couldn’t even get a refund.

Car provision and cost excellent. Customer service also excellent. Thanks.

Initial booking platform was a little confusing due to layout but after perseverance I was able to lock in the vehicle required and get an excellent deal with it too.

Car different to that booked however alternative was great no problems with qeeq or supplier apex

Could make it clearer that price drop whilst good is lost when you take up membership of qeeq

The car itself was great. Drop-off was very quick and professional. We were early for the pick-up and we had to wait for 1,5 hours, because there was no flexibility on the booked time. The mail I sent a week before to announce the earlier arrival was ignored.

The Staff at Apex were very friendly and efficient. The Airport Shuttle service was prompt at both pick-up and drop-off ... and very convenient.

An overall good experience with QEEQ.com Just a note, however ... QEEK.com are based in Dublin, Ireland, therefore bookings made through them in any country other than Ireland will incur a currency conversion fee from your credit card issuer. It's not a huge amount, but in my case it added 2.95% to the cost. For full and fair disclosure, it would be good if this were mentioned somewhere on the Website ... which otherwise gives the appearance of being "local". (( I am from Australia ))

An easy to follow process and essant staff

Counter staff very pleasant. Had to point out that booking included my wife as second driver without any charge. One of the few companies I found that didn’t have restrictions for mileage based on 100km within Perth area. There is a map on their site showing boundary limits which is excellent. Pick up easy, drop off is literally that. Drop the keys and go. The only down side to this is they don’t look over the car or check mileage/fuel so you wonder if you will be contacted for anything in the days after. However this has been 8 days since drop off and no contact but there was’t a need for this as the car was returned in the same condition as pick up. I have used Apex in NZ and would use again. Only issue was trying to contact Apex before booking as there is only a NZ number.

Maybe state that UK driving licence holder doesn’t need the international licence. I emailed QEEQ in advance to verify this with the. Email contact from QEEQ and texts with tips and info for collection and drop off and how to contact if any issues.

Good and helpful

No problem with the booking a car

We got a different car to the one booked which was slightly bigger but very economical. We were very pleased with the Nissan SUV.

Booking was a breeze

The duty manager Scott provided excellent customer service and was very personable. He gave us tips about things to do in the area also.

Worked perfectly

The car is very efficient and easy to drive, the extras are very helpful such as the reverse camera and the Bluetooth connection. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The hole process was quick and easy. Definitely recommend!

Easy booking, user friendly, nothing to complaint about

Unhelpful staff! Given booking was done through a third party QEEQ and Apex both denied being able to help with a very simple alteration in plans once payment had been taken. I would never recommend using this platform again.

It’s affordable price, but I would like to have more days for my trips but can’t find a price match.

Loved the free upgrade

The late opening of the office ment I was unable to catch a booked flight (also a second customer with same problem. Needs a drop off point at airport if there is a late opening. Will not rent Apex again because of this. Why as they are owned by Avis can’t they use their facilities for early dropoffs
