Everything good, only when we drop off theres a little scratch that we dont know about it (nothing happened) and it didnt mentioned in the form too.
They said its up to europcar germany (we rent in germany and drop off in switzerland.
We dont know is it going to be charge to us or not, hopefully not. If not charged so we give 100 for our experience with europcar.

Frankfurt Airport has clear signage, making it easy to find the car rental shops, as all rental companies are together. Picking up the car is very convenient. Following QEEQ's instructions, I showed the staff the translation, driver's license, and order, and the process was done very quickly. I booked a BMW 5 series but got a Mercedes E-class wagon. The car was in excellent condition, with only 20,000 kilometers—pretty much a new car.

It's almost impossible to get the car you originally booked, and selecting a new car at the store takes some time. The most effective way is to let the store recommend a car without additional charges and check it out in person. If you only look at pictures and listen to explanations at the counter, it will be time-consuming and ineffective.

We arrived at the store in the morning, and there were only three staff members, resulting in long queues. We waited almost half an hour to get served. When returning the car, we followed the GPS address provided on the rental website, but it was incorrect. Luckily, we drove another kilometer and found the correct drop-off point with English signs; otherwise, we would have wasted a lot of time. We rented a Volkswagen Passat estate, but received a Kia Carens diesel version instead. The car was new, spacious, and quite good overall.

Very unsatisfied. It's been four months since my car rental, and they still haven't addressed the issue of overcharging. The car didn't have a navigation system, but they still charged me for it. They also claimed there was a scratch on the front bumper when I returned the car and said they needed to assess the damage and charge me. Four months have passed, and there's still no conclusion. The overcharged fee has not been resolved either.

We recorded a video during pickup showing an issue with the rim. When we returned the car, they claimed there was a problem with the same rim. There were four adults and five suitcases. Initially, we booked a Mercedes C-Class wagon, but Europcar provided an Audi A4 wagon instead. We were concerned that the A4's trunk wouldn't fit all our luggage. After some persuasion from the staff, we decided to pay extra to upgrade to a Jaguar XF wagon. The staff were very polite and did not pressure us into upgrading. Therefore, I am very satisfied with the company's service this time.

I have used Zuzuche several times, but this was my first time with Europcar, and it was a very unpleasant experience.
I had to wait in line for nearly an hour to pick up the car. The price difference caused by the prepayment was blamed on a discrepancy between their system and the agent's (Zuzuche) pricing, amounting to more than 50 euros. I had to pay their price to get the car. Even the supervisor didn’t take a detailed look or care about the discrepancy and wouldn’t answer the call from Zuzuche's representative in China. Otherwise, they wouldn't give me the car.
When picking up the car, it wasn't the one I originally booked, and I wanted to confirm if it could fit our luggage. They rudely said it was the only car left, take it or leave it.
On the 14th, returning the car went smoothly. Someone checked the car at the drop-off point, I signed a form, and there were no issues.
When it came to billing, a few days later, my credit card statement showed the prepayment deducted, but it was charged in dollars instead of euros, and they calculated it in some unknown way. I have asked Zuzuche about this several times with no response yet. Very dissatisfied.

I booked a Volkswagen Touareg four months in advance, but they gave me an Audi A6 instead. This is hard for me to accept, but I had no choice because there were no other cars available, and the rental company didn't provide any explanation. We are a family of five with a lot of luggage, so we booked a large car. How are we supposed to fit our luggage in a sedan? The trunk couldn't fit everything, so we had to carry two pieces of luggage inside the car, which defeats the point of booking a specific model. The website stated 'similar models', but giving us a sedan instead of another similar large car is unreasonable. Secondly, I paid 30% more for the Touareg compared to the A6. Why did they give me a cheaper car despite my higher payment? This lack of honesty affected our comfort throughout the 16-day trip. A better car with a higher price is acceptable, but a lack of basic integrity makes future bookings questionable, as paying a premium didn't mean getting the reserved car. This shows a complete lack of contract spirit.

I don't want to blame the staff at the Frankfurt Airport T1 counter, as I think he did the right job suggesting me a gasoline car instead of an EV (although I wonder the Mercedes was a reasonable option). With the change of car I was charged quite a bit at the counter additionally, but that is still understandable.
What confuses me is the mysterious 30EUR additional charge on my credit card 1 month after rental, as well as the fact Eurpocar never replied to my request for sending me a full invoice via email. At the end, their website's contacting form doesn't allow me to send this claim due to some technical error on the website.
I hope I'm the only one with this kind of experience.
