Had to return the car early due to a family matter, but the additional rental fee, cross-border service fee, and insurance were not refunded at all.

Picked up and returned the car at Prague Airport, the staff at the store were quite friendly

The counter @Krakow airport was not open until 8:00 am..and there was no key drop box..Should improve.

We would to bring to your notice that the car's A/c was not working for the entire trip. We were a family of 7 with 2 small children who were very uncomfortable during the entire car journey. You will appreciate that the weather condition across Europe was very hot due to the heat wave. Also, the car had only two front windows which could be rolled down. As a result our 1,200 Kms. journey was extremely uncomfortable and our two small children were crying in the back seat as they were feeling suffocated. We were forced to break our journey multiple times as the children were feeling nausea due to the extreme heat and lack of ventilation. In my opinion this was a major health risk to our children

The counter person was very helpful and let us know we could drop off in the city which was really helpful

Rented a brand new Škoda Fabia for ¥130 per day. The one-piece ignition switch, driving, brake, and seat cushion were all very comfortable. Driving 150 kilometers on the highway was very stable. I think it was very cost-effective.

Staff behind the collection desk spoke perfect English, understood my requirements and did not try to pressurise me into buying any 'add ons' I did not need. There was a short delay on pick up as they where busy and we had to wait for the car to be washed. One thing to note was that the service warning came on half way through our hire.

I would have preferred more courtesy at the desk. The man in return, was amazing!

Very good, the staff at the rental company were very friendly. I had never driven a car that required pressing the brake to start the engine, so I struggled for a bit. In the end, I had to call the staff up to the parking lot to help me.

The counter staff at the budget was not pleasant not smiling , it seemed like we were bothering him! very unpleasant!

Great service

The car was lovely and looked new but it was smaller than we expected so struggled to get luggage in .

Front passenger side window went down by not back up. All other windows were fine so likely a broken window motor. The car only had 15k kms on it though. Called the Budget support line but got no real help. When returning the car, mentioned it to the guy at the desk was not at all interested and he literally said "what do you expect me do to about it".
