O aluguel do carro correu tudo bem e a empresa foi muito organizada o tempo tudo. O único inconveniente é em Cancun o seguro de proteção de terceiros é obrigatório e não está incluído no orçamento - ficou cerca de USD25 por dia, e isso fez com a minha reserva terminasse quase o dobro do que havia pago inicialmente.

Poderia deixar mais claro que seguro para terceiros não está incluído na proteção oferecida.

It's okay, but extending the rental is too expensive! The insurance is overly pricey, even more expensive than the car rental itself! Renting for a longer period ends up costing more.

The vehicle insurance issue was disappointing, I can only say it was very bad.

They don't have a telephone number to reach the counter at the airport and people who answers the phone from the general number are not well informed about the schedules and process, they couldn't even find my reservation.

The overall service attitude was quite good, but there were two issues: 1. They try to upsell insurance during pickup, even if it's already included. 2. When returning the car, they intentionally blame the renter for any damages unless there is evidence it existed during pickup, which is very frustrating.

Aside from the staff's persistence in promoting insurance, everything else was great. I had already purchased the highest level of insurance on the platform, but the staff kept recommending additional coverage, which was a bit annoying. In the end, I had to pay a deposit of over 50,000 pesos. Additionally, the car's fuel tank wasn't full when I picked it up, and I only noticed it after getting on the highway, which almost left me stranded due to low fuel. Fortunately, the issue was noted in the rental agreement, so technically there wasn't a problem. However, for those who aren't attentive or don't read the contract thoroughly, it could turn into a hidden pitfall. This can be especially troublesome for people who are not fluent in English.

Renting a car was very convenient.

The overall service was excellent. I chose full insurance on the platform, so there was no need to purchase extra insurance in-store. However, it's a bit disappointing that it's rare to get the reserved car model.
