Exceptionally smooth experience, received a new car with just over 100 kilometers on the odometer. The self-drive trip for half a month went very well, without any attempts to upsell insurance.

The car rental company is overall very poor. They said insurance costs 349 lira per day, but actually charged 450 lira. They forcibly charged 2000 lira for vehicle cleaning. They pretended not to speak English and didn't communicate well. I suggest avoiding this company. The car was in very bad condition, the tires had almost no tread, and the steering wheel was shaking.

This company doesn't require a credit card for the deposit, and you can return the car early. The return process is quick.

Absolutely do not rent from this company. They lure you with low prices and then scam you with the deposit. The basic insurance they offer has a deductible, and at the store, they push their own insurance. I declined and paid a deposit of 900 euros. They said this would cover any accidents or traffic violations. When I returned the car, there was a minor scratch on the front right side, but they charged the entire deposit. Despite multiple communications with Zuzuche, there was no resolution, and there was no proof of damage assessment or repair. This company is a fraud.

Arrived early, picked up the car directly without any insurance upsell.

There are many negative comments about carwiz on Google. Mostly it is claimed that they do not refund the deposit. I am currently experiencing a similar situation. They said they will refund the deposit after 15 days, but they do not take into account the messages I sent about this and do not respond.
