I specifically asked how they treat toll roads and I was advised that it was a $5 per day fee. But it was a $5 per toll extra fee and the admin fee was more than the car hire. I paid about $100 in admin fees whereas the car hire was only $60.

Quick counter service at pickup and dropoff. The car was spotless inside and out. We were dropped off at Terminal 2 in a shuttle bus area. But at pickup we had to walk a long way to a Priority pickup area the public use. The shuttle bus area at Terminal 2 would have been much better for seniors with luggage

Helpfulness of staff, and easy location near airports, means we will defiantly use July again, on our next trip! Also, not all other hire companies offered different pick up/drop off locations! Very satisfied, both picking up and dropping off the car were quick and smooth. The front desk staff patiently explained the model and insurance options I had booked and asked if I needed to pay for bridge tolls and other essential questions. Besides requesting the bridge toll service, I also opted for zero-deductible insurance. Everything was quick and convenient.
When returning the car, I mentioned to the front desk that I had accidentally scratched it during the rental period. After asking when and where it happened, they just had me sign a form, and that was it. This is the importance of full insurance.

There might have been a mistake in recording the mileage when returning the car. They insisted that I drove over 400 kilometers and deducted more than 100 dollars from me. In reality, I only drove within the city and it definitely wasn't over 100 kilometers. After several communications with the rental company’s customer service, this amount was refunded.

Pretty good, the pickup process was fast. However, the car had a lot of scratches and dents already. It's necessary to inspect carefully and point out each one to the staff and take photos, which is quite troublesome. The staff were busy and didn't have time to photograph all the scratches, so you have to record them yourself.

The overall experience for both picking up and dropping off this car was quite poor: When picking up the car, there was a system error at the rental company, and I was initially given a large business vehicle. I had to return to the airport counter to exchange it for the car I reserved, a Subaru Forester. However, they didn’t have a Forester available at the time and gave me a similar Mazda instead (I’m not sure of the specific model). To avoid further delays, I accepted the Mazda, but its interior and luggage space were smaller than the Forester. When returning the car, I was in a rush to catch a flight and didn’t refuel. Later, I noticed a charge of over 330 AUD for fuel on my credit card, whereas normally refueling would cost only 60 AUD. I filed a complaint with Zuzuche's customer service, and they responded promptly, stating that the rental company would refund the excess charge to my card within 7-10 business days. I’m still waiting to see if this refund will happen on time. Additionally, this drop-off point charges exorbitant airport construction fees!

Initially booked a Toyota Corolla but was given a Toyota Yaris instead. The Yaris was quite noisy. When picking up the car, the vehicle couldn't connect to the navigation system. The staff tried for a while and then said it was broken. Later, the connection worked intermittently. When involved in an accident, calling the rental company took more than half an hour to reach someone after numerous transfers. After that, there were no instructions given, just asked us to reply via email. Upon returning the car, there was no significant acknowledgment, just a simple 'ok, ok.' Later that day, they charged the maximum authorized amount to the credit card. For a minor collision, they charged the maximum; what if it was a serious collision?

Average. I thought it would be easier to communicate since it’s partnered with Shouqi, but there was no Chinese service at the pickup location—it was purely Europcar with only English-speaking staff. They also had no knowledge of Shouqi. I rented a Toyota RAV4 but was given an MG HS EV plug-in hybrid instead, which felt forced. Charging stations in Australia are sparse, making it highly impractical. It takes at least 5 hours to fully charge at the rare station you find. For those renting in Australia, I would advise against choosing electric or plug-in hybrids, especially since MG's charging ports are quite rare.

Car smelled of cigarette. I was told that there was airport transfer to the car park, but there wasn't, so I had to pay 2x Uber of about $30 each out of my own pocket. I paid $800 bond deposit that should have been refunded within two weeks of car return, it is now over three weeks and I'm still waiting, with no help from QEEQ and no response from the car supplier.

The car was very dirty, lots of scratches marks and bumps, there was a large hose bucket and wash gear in the boot of the car, it was well passed at service state and the fuel consumption probably because of this was very bad, We were misinformed as it said the pick up and drop off was at the airport when in actual fact being there was no courtesy bus we had to get a taxi and an Uber with a total cost of $75 all in all we may as well put that money together with the cost you charged and gone with a decent reputable company and picked it up at the airport

Like: The cars were perfect and immaculate.
Dislike: That there were hidden costs. We rented 2 cars and on the site stated no other costs. Upon pickup we had to pay bonds of $200 each plus insurance which costs over $500NZD. They don't take cash either. Wish we knew prior so we could leave cash in accounts rather than having cashed out all our spending then having to call home to transfer etc... delayed process and not good start to trip. ALL costs including bond etc.. should be mentioned.

This place is not a professional car rental company, just a small repair shop. I waited quite a while to pick up the car, though the process was relatively smooth. They gave us the same car they picked us up with, which was very old. The pick-up was delayed by an hour beyond the scheduled time, and there was no compensation, plus the car wasn't cleaned. When returning the car, they surprisingly said there would be an extra charge for dropping it off at the domestic airport, which was never mentioned on the rental website or during pick-up. It felt like a scam.

We asked the staff what time they close the office as we might drop off the car when we get back from our trip within the day we rent the car. They told us that they will close at 9 pm, so we tried to get to the office before 9 pm. But when we arrive there around 8.30 pm, they already close the office no one is there. We try to contract them but no one pick up the phone, so we tried to called the main office and I already told them that there is no one in the office but they keep us waiting and call to the office that there is no one. The staff I talk to said we can just leave the car there, but how are we going to get back to the hotel. The staff inform us that we did not tell them that we will drop off the car today so they going home early, but the staff should let me know as well about the closing, that they might closing early if it’s not busy, they only say they close at 9 pm. However, someone from Right2drive came to us and offer us a ride to our hotel, we really thankful to them as it’s really dark to walk from the office to get to the bus stop and if we have to go back to our hotel by bus it will take us to wait for the bus 20min and the bus will 40 min to get to our hotel. In conclusion I’m very disappointed in renting the car with Tripz.

After a 24 hr flight (arriving from France) it was difficult & confusing trying to telephone Aerodrive for a shuttle only to be told to take a taxi, pay the taxi by credit card and then be reimbursed. Yes, I was able to do all that because my first language is English, but even for me after a long tiring flight it wasn’t easy. Then the taxi couldn’t find the address 338 King st on his GPS!!! I was later told it was because Aerodrive hadn’t paid the bill to the shuttle operator that there were no shuttles. Really?!? I feel that there should be shuttles in place without having to telephone for a shuttle to arrive and also not have to then get a taxi. However, finally after arriving at Aerodrive the staff were very friendly & helpful and the car excellent.

For the same price, cars in Europe are in better condition. The water pump broke down once, and since it was in a remote location, the rental company had to contact a nearby repair shop, so it was fixed only after two days. Not bad overall, didn't really affect us much.

I rented a Toyota van but they gave me an SAIC Maxus van. I had to pay extra to upgrade to a Toyota van. The car arrived with many scratches, and I didn't take photos of all of them, just a few obvious ones. On the second night, the tire got a puncture and I had to deal with it myself. Late at night, there was no help available. Despite buying a lot of insurance, it was useless. They told me things that sounded reasonable but were very frustrating. The child seat they provided was not suitable, and they told me to just put up with it in a very unprofessional manner. I've rented cars many times during my 20-day trip in Australia, but this was the worst experience. They pre-authorized a $800 AUD deposit, saying they would deduct $500 AUD for insurance claims that wouldn't be refunded. I was rushing to catch a flight and accepted my bad luck, thinking $500 AUD would be a lesson learned. Today I see they deducted the entire $800 AUD. It's a scam.

The car rental process was very slow, and they didn't know how to install the car seat. When returning the car, there was no staff around, and I waited for a long time with no one showing up. I ended up spending 15 AUD on a taxi to the airport. The deposit hasn't been refunded yet, and they directly charged my card instead of pre-authorizing it. I have no idea why.
