The shuttle will take you to Europcar's vehicle pick up location at 47 Ross Smith Avenue Mascot. You should allow approximately 30 minutes for the expected travel time for the shuttle bus trip. Customers without a booking must arrange a car rental at the Europcar rental desks located within the T2 and T3 Domestic terminals prior to accessing the free shuttle bus service.       The staff had a poor attitude and kept pushing insurance even though I told them I already purchased one. They tried to scare me by saying it wasn't the same and that if there were repairs, they could directly charge over $6000 from my card (though the actual authorization was only $1000, so I don't understand why they claimed over $6000). The vehicle they provided was bad; it lacked power and struggled on uphill roads. When I returned the car to the address listed on the order, the staff lazily told me to drive to another parking lot instead. Driving in the city center was challenging, and I was in a rush. When I finally got there, the entry required a password, but the password they gave was incorrect. I had to drive back to the original address listed on the order. It was an exhausting experience! I've self-driven in many countries before, but I've never encountered such an unreliable rental company. Avoid this company at all costs; it was a hard lesson learned!

Extremely slow due to the shuttle process (waited 30-45 minutes both ways). The counter staff is reasonably pleasant, but the shuttle service is quite poor. The ideal service would be to wait less than 10 minutes on each side and this is far from that!

      This company is absolutely terrible! Be very cautious when choosing them! On the day we arrived, we landed in the afternoon and finished collecting our luggage by 4 PM. We called them to arrange a pickup, and they kept saying 'Got it, got it, we've sent the car.' In the end, we waited outside for almost two hours! Nobody came to pick us up, and I had to keep calling to hurry them up one by one! When we finally got the car, they told us we had been given a half tank of fuel and should return the car with the same amount. We didn't take photos because we’ve rented cars abroad many times and are accustomed to mutual agreements and trust between parties. In the end, this rental company charged me for fuel and a refueling service fee! I asked why, and they said I didn’t return the car with a full tank! Absolutely disgusting!

      The KIA van we got was huge. Exactly enough space for 6 adults, 6 big suitcase and 4 carry-on sized bags.       The cars are relatively new, with mileage around 20,000 km. All models are white (no choice available). When picking up the car, I noticed many locals renting as well, and I've seen the cars frequently on city streets (their markings make them easy to identify). The price is quite affordable, but there are some restrictions: Key point 1: Driving is allowed only within NSW and not across states. Key point 2: There’s a mileage limit of 200 kilometers per day. They’ll check the mileage upon return and charge for any excess. A minor issue occurred—the front tire pressure was low on the second morning, but it was resolved at the car shop within 10 minutes.

      I rented a Toyota van but they gave me an SAIC Maxus van. I had to pay extra to upgrade to a Toyota van. The car arrived with many scratches, and I didn't take photos of all of them, just a few obvious ones. On the second night, the tire got a puncture and I had to deal with it myself. Late at night, there was no help available. Despite buying a lot of insurance, it was useless. They told me things that sounded reasonable but were very frustrating. The child seat they provided was not suitable, and they told me to just put up with it in a very unprofessional manner. I've rented cars many times during my 20-day trip in Australia, but this was the worst experience. They pre-authorized a $800 AUD deposit, saying they would deduct $500 AUD for insurance claims that wouldn't be refunded. I was rushing to catch a flight and accepted my bad luck, thinking $500 AUD would be a lesson learned. Today I see they deducted the entire $800 AUD. It's a scam.

      The car rental process was very slow, and they didn't know how to install the car seat. When returning the car, there was no staff around, and I waited for a long time with no one showing up. I ended up spending 15 AUD on a taxi to the airport. The deposit hasn't been refunded yet, and they directly charged my card instead of pre-authorizing it. I have no idea why.
