This is by far the worst car rental experience I have ever had. The counter staff fraudulently upgraded my vehicle without my consent and overcharged me 90 euros. This fee is almost double the original rental cost. I did not receive any receipts or notifications about the upgrade during the entire rental process, which is clearly fraudulent. I will definitely never rent from this car rental company again.

Instead of a Toyota Aygo X, a Fiat Panda was provided for rent, which is a completely different car. The Fiat Panda (hybrid) had low mileage but the whole body (especially the roof) was damaged. The windscreen washer tank was empty. I asked at the counter for a change of car and was ready to pay extra, but it was ultimately refused. The reason given was that there were no other cars available for hire. An employee of the rental company told me in a harsh manner that the only alternative for me was to cancel the rental and contact Customer Support. I was forced to accept a Fiat Panda, whose only advantage was its relatively low fuel consumption.

Estoy muy enfadado con el trato propocionado por Sicily By Car. En el momento de entrega del coche, me pusieron problemas para cogerme la tarjeta de crédito con la que pagar la fianza, diciéndome que estaba bloqueada y que no podían aceptarla (la tarjeta estaba en perfecto estado, y la he utilizado después de aquel momento, sin problemas). Como solo tenía otra tarjeta que era de débito, me obligaron a firmar un seguro a todo riesgo con ellos de 58,46€, negándose a cogerme si no la fianza con la tarjeta de débito, y por tanto negándose a darme las llaves o devolverme el dinero de la reserva. Una estafa (pues, insisto, aunque ya se avisaba de que si no se hacía el pago de la reserva con una tarjeta de crédito se podía concurrir en gastos, la tarje de crédito SÍ funcionaba y funciona).

The car they rented to me was extremely terrible. It was the worst car rental experience I've ever had. Firstly, the car didn't have a reverse camera, and it's 2024! Can you believe that a car still doesn't have a reverse camera? Secondly, the car's dashboard displayed a battery level that continuously dropped as you drove. To recharge, you had to brake frequently, making me feel like an idiot braking on the highway. Thirdly, the air conditioning was inefficient and only cooled when the car was moving. When stationary, it was no better than a fan. Lastly, the most intolerable issue was the lousy USB port. I had to use USB for navigation since Bluetooth was not an option, but the car's USB port was very unresponsive. Often, it would disconnect while driving, losing the navigation, and eventually, it stopped connecting altogether. Truly garbage.

When picking up the car, they didn't give me a vehicle inspection form, so I recorded a video myself. When I returned the car, they gave me an inspection form and said there was a scratch on the trunk lid! They even sent it by email. I insisted on checking it in person before leaving, but the store said they didn't have time. Upon reviewing my pickup video, I saw the scratch was already there.

The pick up process took a long time because there was only one person on staff and the customer before be had all sorts of questions and odd requests. The Felirent rep was very helpful and professional. The car they gave me was a newer vehicle and rode really well. It had all of the newest technology. I was extremely pleased. Upon return they inspect the car with you VERY thoroughly. Make sure you take many time stamped pictures and video of the car's condition before you pull out of the lot when you pick it up. Thankfully, I did just that and I received my full deposit back. I had a very good experience with this company.

非対人鍵なしのレンタカーと言う事を知らずに予約しました。アプリを自分の携帯にダウンロードし、その中に必要書類を登録。その後、車の所在地を写真付きで送られてくるのでその場まで自力で探し足を運び鍵を開け乗車。 有料のパーキングに駐車してあるので手続きに時間はかけない方がいい。 更に携帯操作に自信のない方はこの会社と契約しないほうがいい。 そして、レンタル中は携帯で全て操作するので充電が無くならないように気をつけなくてはいけない。 観光地の殆どの駐車場は鍵がないと預かり拒否されるので路上駐車を選択しなくてはなりません。 路上駐車はぶつけられるリスクが高く危ないので避けた方がいいと思いますが、やむを得ず駐車してかすり傷をつけられてしまいましたが720EURの請求がきました。 そしてアプリをダウンロードした携帯を車中に半日置いておくとバッテリーが上がり動かなくなります。 車内の緊急ボタンも反応しません。 車の取扱説明書や契約書等も車中にありません。 やっと連絡がとれたとしても不親切な対応でした。とても不愉快なスタッフです。値段が安いからと安易に申し込み契約をしてしまうと後からの請求額に驚きます。もうこの会社で借りようとは思いません。

I would avoid this company. It's an Italian local company that attracts people with low prices, and it is indeed cheaper than several other international companies. However, every time I rent a car, it's never the model I reserved. Last year, I reserved a Ford Focus, but got a Toyota instead. The trunk could only fit one 24-inch suitcase, so I had to put the other suitcase in the back seat. This year, I reserved an MPV, but ended up with a Peugeot SUV. We had three 24-inch suitcases and could only fit two of them. In the end, I had to pay nearly 400 euros extra to switch to a Skoda. What a rip-off! Also, because I didn't buy their insurance, they inspected the car very meticulously when I returned it. Thankfully, I was aware of their practices from last year.

I gave one star because the car matched the model I booked. However, the local rental company has many hidden fees, and the staff's attitude is very dismissive. Beware of this company! At Milan Malpensa Airport T1 location, we experienced the flashlight damage check. 1. When picking up the car, the staff quickly walked around the car without using a flashlight and didn't find any visible damage, so they recorded it as undamaged. 2. When returning the car, the staff used a strong flashlight to meticulously inspect the car and found a tiny scratch that can't be seen with the naked eye, only with a flashlight, and claimed it as damage. During the rental period, the car had no collisions or scratches. We also used the automatic inspection feature of the rental app to upload photos when picking up the car. However, since we didn't use a strong flashlight for the photos, even zooming in makes it hard to tell if the scratch is new or old. After multiple car rentals both domestically and internationally, this was the first time experiencing such a flashlight inspection. Using eyes for pick-up but a flashlight for return, this method is unacceptable for anyone. Avoid this company!

The website promised a car of the same class, but despite available cars, they gave me a lower-class vehicle. I specifically asked the person in charge of car pickup, and he said my order was for a class-F Golf. If I wanted a VW T-Roc, which is also class-F, I needed to pay extra. He told me to talk to the front desk for car allocation issues, but I didn't have time. When changing cars, I had already paid over 80 euros for one-way fees, but in Naples, I was charged another 180 euros, including over 60 euros for fuel. The remaining 120 euros also included some one-way fees and other service charges. I had no choice but to pay. Again, I was told to communicate with customer service. My flight was about to depart, so I had no time. In short, it was a very bad experience.

Following the instructions given by Zuzuche for car pickup at Milan Airport was extremely frustrating. In the midst of a violent storm, there was no shuttle to pick us up. Multiple calls to the rental company went unanswered, or they promised a shuttle would arrive in ten minutes but kept us waiting for several ten-minute intervals. There were many shared shuttles to the area, but some drivers refused to take us, some were fully booked, and most ignored us after seeing the address on our rental slip. Couldn't get a rideshare, and taxis refused to go (perhaps it was too close). Bought full insurance through Zuzuche, but the counter did not recognize it (claims had to be made through Zuzuche). Because claim responsibility lay with Zuzuche, the rental company offered no help for roadside issues. Zuzuche was powerless, providing only an international road assistance number. After over ten years of renting cars abroad through Zuzuche, this trip made me realize many issues I had luckily avoided before. Future lesson: rent from an international company rather than a local one, and buy insurance from the rental company, not the platform.

Following the car pickup instructions provided by the rental company at Milan Airport was a nightmare. In the pouring rain, no shuttle came to pick us up. We called the rental company multiple times, but no one answered or they said a car would arrive in ten minutes, which turned into several ten-minute intervals. There were plenty of shuttles shared by other services in the airport area, but some were unwilling to take us and others were fully booked. Most drivers ignored the address on our voucher. We couldn't book a ride-share service, and taxis refused to go there (maybe because it was too close). We had purchased full insurance through the rental platform, but the rental desk wouldn't acknowledge it (claims had to be filed with the platform). Because the platform was responsible for claims, road assistance from the rental company was non-existent. The rental platform was essentially helpless, providing only an international road assistance number. Over ten years of using this rental platform for overseas trips, we lucked out by not encountering these issues previously. The major lesson here: rent from a major international company, not a local one, and buy insurance directly from the rental company, not the platform.

The service attitude was okay, and the queue time was just a few minutes. However, the staff informed me that there was no Audi A3 available and replaced it with a GM SUV. Although it seemed like an upgrade on the surface, I wasn't happy. I mainly rented the car for driving in the Dolomites, where smaller cars are better suited for narrow and winding roads. A larger car only made my driving more difficult.
Additionally, I was dissatisfied that they replaced my rental with a larger car and refused to note the existing damages on the car rental contract form. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Do not rent from Avis, they take advantage of customers. The car provided was seriously different from the one booked. Booked a Toyota, got a JEEP instead, and the fuel consumption was extremely high. Booked a gasoline car, got a hybrid instead, but using the hybrid as a gasoline car resulted in small tank capacity and high fuel consumption. I felt like I was always either refueling or on the way to refuel. The car's condition was poor as well; the car they gave me had a big dent that wasn't repaired but still rented out.

If you haven't purchased insurance from the rental company, be sure to thoroughly inspect the car inside and out when picking it up, or you might end up paying high fees. The car I received was quite old and covered in scratches. The rental company marked over a dozen damage spots, including a large scratch on the left front bumper. I thought they had noted all the damages, and since it was easy to distinguish old damage from new, I didn't inspect further. When returning the car, the staff immediately checked the left front area and pointed out a small scratch (about 3 cm) under the bumper, clearly old damage. She claimed, 'After a month, new damage becomes old,' but I only rented the car for 5 days and it was very clean. She then insisted, 'I don't care how many days. If you can't provide a photo of the damage at pickup, you are responsible.' Damage like this near the chassis would only be found by lying on the ground and using a flashlight at pickup. It seems that only buying insurance from the rental company can avoid such likely traps. I contacted the rental platform at the return site. Customer service said it's hard to dispute such cases and advised me to advance the 200 euros for repairs and then apply for reimbursement. I paid, but it's been a month and I haven't received the reimbursement.

We were given a car with a flat tire. Tire pressure light immediately came out 15 km after we left. We filled up the tire each morning for 3 days until it got really bad. Brought it to the Verona airport to exchange cars and they insisted the tire wasn’t flat. I told them I just filled it up 10 minutes ago so we could get there. They then charged us for another whole rental which cost more for 3 days than the original charge of a car for 7 days. I paid for two car rentals. I tried to have them think logically saying why would I drive out of the way while on vacation to exchange a car for the same thing or lesser if there wasn’t a problem. Sure enough as they argued you could see the tire got flat. They never even apologized. It was an extremely unpleasant experience

Terrible, this is the worst rental experience I've had abroad! Booked a BMW 2 Series, got a 1 Series instead. The car size and trunk capacity are completely different, leaving us with no space for our luggage. Their attitude was horrible, claiming they don’t have BMW 2 Series! They demanded 650 euros to switch to a Ford of the same size! It's just a scam! Downgrade the car and then charge extra. Two months after we got back, we were charged over 200 euros again. After multiple communications via the rental platform, they claimed it was for insurance. We had bought full insurance through the rental platform and explicitly declined insurance at pickup, signing no documents. They charged us on the last day before the credit card guarantee expired. Absolutely shameless and garbage service!

If not, it would have been another hassle. I highly do not recommend this car rental company! Regarding insurance: although the rental fee seems cheap, buying full insurance on-site is double the price compared to purchasing it online. I didn't buy it online and regretted it greatly.

They keep charging you endlessly. Even four months after returning the car, they were still sneakily charging my card. To put it simply, they don't make money from renting; they make money by stealing from your card after you return the car.

Al alquilar el coche no había ningún problema para hacerlo con tarjeta de debito. Cuando llegue a la ventanilla me exigieron contratar el seguro o sino no tendría coche. El seguro costó 7 veces mas que el alquiler.

I was absolutely surprised that to rent the car I booked I would have needed two credit card. It wasn't mentioned anywhere on QEEQ.COM (the 3rd parties where I booked the car) and I had to take what I was allowed to instead of what I paid for.

Unfortunately Covid has affected rental business, there are less choice of cars, winter tires where not yet installed, or allocated to companies with fleet. The check in was managed by one person alone that was doing his best, but the process took long. Keddy / Europcar is till a top rental and their cars are very often in perfect conditions, as was mine. MIlan Linate has moved the parking of the rentals in a different tower and you need to get two elevetors and pass through a bridge. Not easy, and a long way to walk.

Le personnel Europcar de l'aéroport du Milan est très agréable et pas de tout lourd pour proposer des services additionnels etc. J'ai déjà eu des mauvaises expériences de location dans d'autres agences, mais cette fois-ci tout s'est passé à merveille. Tous les défauts de la voiture étaient signalés, cela ne m'étais jamais arrivé ! Pour le retour de la voiture il faut bien prêter attention car il y a des travaux dans le secteur.

Attente très longue au guichet et interminable pour sortir le véhicule du parking car véhicules garés devant et assistance de l employé débordé necessaire- plus d’une heure. sans compter trajet en bus pour le T2.Multiples rayures et dommages mais bonne qualité du véhicule. Courtoisie du personnel mais vraiment beaucoup trop long en plus en dimanche et à 11h du matin! Le plus : possibilité de retourner le véhicule au terminal

Dollar was great. Car pickup was in fact handled by Hertz, which wasn't super clear when booking, but we asked around and got there. Everything went smoothly. Only caveat is they charged us a country border fee even though QEEQ communicated it was included. Other than that everything went smoothly and easily, car was as marketed and had no issues.

I rented a GPS, and it was absolutely terrible. It never let us drive on the highway, even though I had set it to prefer highways over shorter routes. While driving properly on the highway, it would make us exit prematurely, always at toll stations, and no settings could fix this. It seemed like the default was set to a money-saving mode. This GPS made us take many detours, wasting a lot of time. On the first day, we arrived in another city at midnight because of it, and the hotel almost closed. It didn't recognize some roads and couldn't differentiate between one-way and two-way streets. The GPS was awful! Plus, it cost around 10 euros per day, which was completely not worth it and wasted our precious time and energy.

Car was almost new in perfect condition. Location wasn't obviously a car hire as looked like parking and car wash from outside. At pick up they tried hard to sell unnecessary extra insurance but I think all car hire places do this.

The facilities near Milan Central Station are inside a private parking lot, with no exterior sign. Hard to find. The clerk in Milan was helpful and gave us all the information we asked for. But once he brought the car, he left immediately, without checking in our presence the dents, scratches and lack of accessories in the car - and there were many. My husband went back inside to call him, and he said everything was already listed in the contract. Meanwhile, someone else came to pick up his car from the parking lot, and our car was blocking the exit. I took some photos of the exterior of the car, and we left without being able to check the contract. The car itself - a fiat cinquecento - was very worn down - 88000 km. The trunk door didn't close properly unless you tried several times. The trunk lid was missing. There weren't mats. The car wasn't properly clean - there was dog fur in the trunk. The radio antenna was missing. We dropped off the car near Malpensa Airport. The location is easy to find, at a Gas Station. When the clerk checked the defects on the car, bingo, most of them weren't listed in the contract, which had my digital signature. I showed the pictures I had made and he called his superiors. They approved it and nothing was charged. Yet, an unpleasant situation. Both the drop off and pick up were fast, though.

I was really frustrated that on my booking it showed the car company was In the airport terminal and it was NOT. I waited AN HOUR for the company to send the shuttle service, I had to call several times each time I was told they were on their way. It was only 10 minutes away yet I waited an hour! The way back I waited half an hour for the shuttle to come. Other than that they were very good.

Upon picking up the car I was advised I needed to pay 1000 euros deposit vis a credit card, which I do not have, so instead I was compelled to pay 130 euros for fully comp insurance that I did not want, meaning my great deal was in fact, terrible. The staff were rude and the car was downgraded from the reserved 'Golf or similar'

Same tech guy add air into tire, but in the road I should to find the tire shop to fix that problem my self - they did not have other car with automatic transition in normal condition for me. We never got our rental car since Rhodium sold it over to Goldcar company and Goldcar said they dont have car for us and we should call Rhodium and when we called Rhodium they never picked up the call. With long flight and a small baby with us it was horrible time at the airport.

The car was as requested, a few little scratches but overall very good. The counter staff on pick up and drop off were excellent. The sales counter staff however weren’t are letting you down. Poorly signed Rhodium branding within Goldcar signage isn’t easy to spot. The sales counter staff were then too pushy over insurances that I already had. Oh and thanks for offering me insurance initially at €230 then reducing this to €180 when I turned it down the first time, that really is just unprofessional and takes me for a fool. Once I had turned down the insurance I was treat like an inconvenience and moved on quickly without a lot of instruction on what to do next. Very poor

After walking some distance from the terminal with 3 young children to collect my car I arrived at the service desk. there were two people om the desk for four rental companies. It was unclear where to queue so as only one customer was being served i showed the other person my agreement to be told know you must queue behind this person as this is the line for firefly. The person in front was having trouble with their credit card authorisation. when i finally got to the front a gentleman came and stood behind me. I was then rudely asked to step to one side as the customer had already been served and the desk clerk wanted to know what the issue was. He then informed her that the car that the damaged she had marked on the car was incorrect and in fact there was far more damage and he wanted this noted and signed for not that i can blame him but i thought to myself surely he could of sorted this after myself had been served as i had three young children with me. Finally got served and was offered a choice of 3 cars Nissan Duke, Volkswagen Golf, Fiat 500 crossover. None of these were the full size car that was advertised as a ford fusion. I had two large suit cases with me and asked well what has the most boot space. The desk clerk couldn't tell me so asked another colleague who advise the golf would be the best option. They also tried to upsell me the full package insurance but i showed them i had purchased full access insurance in the UK. i was given directions to take the lift up and my car would be located in the hertz lot just outside the lift. This was not the case and i had to trudge through different lots trying to find this. To say it reminded me of a scene from trains, planes, and automobiles is an under statement. I also noticed far more scratches, bumps, and dings on the car than were indicated but was told just to take pictures if there was an issue. On returning the car i was advised there was a €159.00 Euro fee to pay something of which i was not advised.

Picking up the car was extremely inconvenient. The airport location is not inside the airport. You have to call the store after landing, and they will send a car to pick you up, which is a total waste of time. Returning the car was also problematic; we returned it at the train station, but not at the station's car rental office. Instead, we had to drive to a very small parking lot 700 meters to the north. It's easy to miss if you're not paying attention. Be sure to thoroughly inspect the car when you pick it up; their staff won't help you mark all the scratches. We found a crack in the side mirror. I would rate this company negatively!

Overall, it's quite good. The car pickup point is at a corner of Milan Central Station. Look for the Blue Elephant car rental; the three companies are together there. Remember to attach a photo to the QEEQ white form, otherwise, the staff will ask you to take one, and the photo booth is at the metro transfer area of the train station. They will ask if you need insurance, but if you say you have already bought it, they won't ask again.
