Except for not getting the desired model, everything else was fine. During the car pickup, they just asked if I wanted insurance, and after I said no, they didn't push any further. Charging electric cars in Europe was easier than expected, but electricity costs in Italy are higher than in Switzerland, France, and Germany.
The rental company did not refund the €500 deposit. It seems like a trap! Although we verbally informed them about cross-border travel and the order included a note, they claimed there was no cross-border note during the return and refused to refund the deposit.

The process was quick, but the only downside is that they wouldn't let me start earlier when I arrived ahead of time. I had to wait until my booking time, which felt inflexible. You could just start charging from my pickup time.
Pretty good, except that the car cannot be picked up earlier. I arrived more than 2 hours early, so it's more reasonable to set the pickup time within 2 hours after the flight lands to avoid waiting aimlessly at the airport.
The pick-up process was very fast, but during vehicle inspection, there was no one to assist. I had to look for the parking lot after grabbing the keys. When I finally found it, the staff didn't inspect the vehicle at all. I showed the photos I had taken to her, and only then did she mark the inspection sheet. Thankfully I had photos and recorded video at the time. Additionally, there is a gas station roughly 6 kilometers near the airport, so make sure to refuel in advance. Otherwise, returning the car with an empty tank will incur hefty fines. I booked an A3 but received an A3Rs instead—great power, fuel efficiency, and I am very satisfied.
