After you have arrived at Adelaide Airport, cleared customs and collected your luggage, phone us on 1800 150 850 and se1ect #1, then #6 to request our free shuttle service. Our JUCY shuttle bus will meet you at the shuttle bus collection point.To get there, walk out of the terminal and across the plaza to the left past the taxi rank, and wait by the red mail box. The last airport shuttle collection time is 4:30pm weekdays, and 3:30pm on Saturdays for car pick-ups.

Once you have collected your luggage, call 1300 729 230 and follow the prompts for shuttle bus pick up. Please allow up to 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. DOMESTIC - Proceed to Baggage Collection, then turn right at Baggage Claim #3 and exit the terminal building following signs to the Buses & Taxis Pickup Areas. As you step onto the forecourt, to your left will be a curved path under a covered walkway, follow this walkway and continue on and left past the Taxi pick-up area, then take the pedestrian crossing to the bus shelter at the Bus & Tour Operator Parking Area. The Europcar counter is located on the ground floor of the airport, opposite the domestic baggage collection carousels. Privilege customers can make their way directly to the carpark office by following the car rental signs in the airport.The Privilege board is situated at the pedestrian crossing as you're entering the car rental car park. The Europcar car park office is in the back left, customers are to follow the wall to the very end once they've crossed at the lights to reach the car park office.

East Coast reached expectations with car, customer service on pick up and return. The negative Deposit of $1000 can be held for up to 2 months. Other hire companies hold for usually 3 to 5 days after vehicle return.

I had Toyota corolla and would be nice if my car would been have a cargo cover as well, just while leaving my luggage to the car it's gives extra security while leave your luggage inside the car. Other than that car was good and everything was great.

Car was very delapidated, it was scruffy and marked inside. We couldn't see out of the rear window because of damage to the window. It had done 350,000 km so we were a bit nervous when driving in extreme heat a long way off the main roads. Being so old it had no phone charger, air conditioning was very poor. Certainly would not recommend this vehicle! Was not the vehicle advertised on line.

Cars a little on the older side with plenty of scrapes and chips. First car broke down before leaving the depot. Second car had an electrical fault resulting in a total loss of all electrics and motive power on two occasions. A bit worrying to say the least in the middle of the night. I guess you get what you pay for. Staff vert friendly and helpful so overall I'm not complaining.

Got an unexpected upgrade to a slightly larger car i30. Car was newer model and drove well. Didn't like lane assist feature and wasn't sure how to disable this, felt like I wasn't in control of the vehicle. Warning flashed each time I started the vehicle for service reminder, apparently this vehicle had been serviced but they're unable to clear the warning. Communicating this to customers on pick up would be helpful

Staff was very helpful and getting the car was a smooth process. The car itself was fantastic. The only issue is limited boot depth which doesn't allow for a pram + large luggage. Large luggage was kept in the back passenger seat. This is not an issue with the car, but maybe a point to note for future renters.

No waiting in line, the procedures were handled directly. The reception staff carefully explained how to use the RV and provided a user manual and video instructions. The safety belt repair took a long time when picking up the vehicle, but they waived the RV cleaning fee when we returned the vehicle. We later added full insurance, with a zero deductible, and we didn't have to provide a credit card deposit. Otherwise, the credit card fees would have been significant. Note that the full insurance does not cover the roof.

The staff at the counter strongly pushed the comprehensive insurance, costing a substantial extra amount. When returning the vehicle, an intern conducted the inspection and said there were dents on the side of the roof caused by tree branches, which were not covered by the insurance. The staff did not mention this point when I picked up the vehicle. Fortunately, another staff member inspected it later and did not count it as our fault, which was a relief. Nevertheless, the comprehensive insurance was not very useful when picking up the vehicle.
