Pick-up Instructions

Sydney Airport comprises multiple terminals with domestic and International operating in different sectors, not within walking distance. Please make sure you are aware of your arrival and departure location to collect and return the rental vehicle. INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS Terminal 1 Customers arriving off international flights to Terminal 1 can make their way to our office in the arrivals hall after exiting the customs gates. Our staff will complete your paperwork and give you directions to your vehicle, which is located a short walk from the terminal building. DOMESTIC ARRIVALS Terminal 2 All customers at the Domestic Terminal will be serviced at Terminal 2. If you arrived via Terminal 2 please proceed towards the carousel arrivals area in Jetstar in Terminal 2 to find our counter on the ground floor. Terminal 3 If you arrived via Terminal 3, please exit the terminal and turn right, and walk for approximately 5 minutes following the signs to Terminal 2, where the counter is located inside. Once the paperwork is completed, our staff will direct you to our courtesy shuttle which will take you to your rental vehicle at our parking lot. The shuttle service to our parking lot is approximately a 7-10 minute drive.

Drop-off Instructions

Domestic Travellers: Please return all rental vehicles 7 Coleman Street, Mascot 2020 and supplier will provide a shuttle that will transfer you back to Domestic Airport. Meanwhile, if you are Domestic Travellers, please allow time before their departure check-in. If you are looking to return out of operation hours, please advise at the time of your collection so that the location can organise for your return of vehicle keys + transfer back to the domestic

Age requirements

Young Driver Fee applies at 21 - 24 years old with charge of AUD 23.5 per day approximately.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit(IDP) is only a translation and you must present your original driving licence at the counter.

Original driving licence + NAATI Translation

The translation of the driver's license certified by the Australian Translation and Accreditation Institute (NAATI) can be used to rent a car and drive in Australia.
