You can walk to the counter of Enterprise - Frankfurt Airport car rental.

Upon arrival at Terminal 1, follow signs to the Car Rental Centre. For arrivals into Terminal 2, exit arrivals and we are located directly outside arrivals on the right-hand side.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return the car to terminal 1. Please follow rental car return sign near the parking lot and follow the instructions and drive the car to the corresponding parking lot for dropping off the car, then walk back to the airport.

The counter service was enthusiastic and the procedures were quickly completed, but we were not satisfied with the car pickup. We booked a German car, but we were told only Japanese cars were available unless we paid extra to upgrade to a German car. Really frustrating. We rented three cars, and one of the Audis had an alarm issue on the second day. It was difficult to contact the rental company by phone, but luckily we found an Audi service center that helped us resolve the issue. The rental company gave no prior warning and their phone line was always busy. We will definitely not choose this rental company again. Additionally, the rental location was easy to find, but the return location was extremely difficult to locate.

Rented a car in Germany and Switzerland. The Enterprise rental counter at the airport was fairly easy to find. There were no lines, so the process was quick. They didn't check any translated driving license documents, just used my domestic license to get the car. However, the initial cross-border fee was high. After showing the staff the QEEQ order details, they reduced the fee by a few dozen euros (the order mentioned a capped cross-border fee). The order indicated a daily cross-border fee of 5 euros plus local tax, but the counter staff charged the maximum amount, claiming they didn't know how many days we'd be crossing the border. Is this reasonable?

If you're landing at Terminal 2 of Frankfurt Airport, I highly recommend this rental company. It's extremely convenient; the office is the first one you see when exiting, and it's very close to the parking lot, making both pickup and drop-off very easy. The front desk and parking staff provide typical German service—very warm and friendly.

The rental spot was quite small and hard to find. After arriving at Terminal 1, you need to take an elevator to the car rental area. The GOLF I initially wanted to rent wasn’t available, so they gave me a Renault instead, which was relatively new. The rental process went smoothly; they just checked my translated driver's license. Returning the car was equally hassle-free, even though I was an hour late, they didn't mind, and I just handed over the car without any issues. Also, when renting the car, the staff might try to sell you full insurance, but don’t worry about it as the QEEQ confirmation clearly showed I already bought full insurance, so no need to purchase it again. I can recommend buying full insurance directly from QEEQ; it's not expensive. Fuel prices are high in Europe, and the car I rented was diesel, costing over 30 Euros for half a tank.

Enterprise is very convenient as their station is the first one right outside Terminal 2. I rented a Passat but they upgraded me to a fairly new Mercedes. Returning the car was also easy at Terminal 1, as there are service desks at both terminals. You can take the elevator to the departure level after returning the car. The only downside is that the staff speak English too quickly and keep trying to sell insurance and GPS rentals, even though the cars are usually equipped with it. Renting a car is quite necessary when traveling in Germany.

The service was excellent and picking up the car was easy. However, the address given as Frankfurt Airport TERMINAL 1+2 was a bit vague and misleading. It actually means both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are possible locations. The first time I picked up the car, I assumed it was Terminal 2. As a result, I went to Terminal 2, which is quite far from Terminal 1 and required taking a shuttle train, which was very inconvenient. The other two times I picked up and returned the car at Terminal 1, which was very convenient. I recommend picking up the car at Terminal 1, handling the paperwork at parking garage 218 connected to the airport departure hall, taking the elevator down to 107 to get the car, which is in P5 parking garage.

Completely dishonest. Confirmed an automatic MPV at booking, but at the airport, they said they didn't have one, so I had to take a van. There was no damage when returning the car, confirmed in person, but they still forcibly charged 500 euros on my credit card, refunded only after multiple complaints. When picking up the car, I noticed the rear wiper was broken, and it was clearly noted in the contract, but they still charged over 100 euros, claiming it was a repair fee. They repeatedly confirmed it was a gasoline car, but it was actually a diesel, almost damaging the engine.

The staff at the pickup location seemed quite clueless and added extra charges beyond what was on the order. The safety seat they provided was also very poor. After an accident, there was nobody at the counter to answer the phone, so I had to call the hotline number on the contract and then get transferred to the counter. Picking up and dropping off the car at Frankfurt Airport is very convenient. There's a counter in the arrival hall where you can complete payment and then go to the underground parking level 1 to get the car. Returning the car was a bit tricky, however. The navigation led us to the lower levels (B2 and B3) of the parking lot. After driving around and exiting, we asked the security at the exit and found out that the entrance to the rental car parking area on B1 is near the parking exit via a small ramp. It would be great if the navigation could direct us to that ramp directly. When returning the car, three people inspected it thoroughly, showcasing German meticulousness. In contrast, in France, a single person glanced at it and said it was okay.

The car exceed my expectations and I decided to extend for another week and had returned it today. The entire process of registering and picking up the car at the airport was very smooth. Throughly enjoyed having the car even though I had use it to bring me from point A To B . I would have love to take the car for a long trip. The only negative side is when I decided to extend the car for another week , I had someone ( with an Italian accent ) on the other line which I could hardly understand her .
