I never saw the official rental contract, only a vehicle inspection checklist. 4. The app included the option to return the car at a different location, but the store still charged extra fees. 5. No itemized receipt was provided.

Unjustified charges, poor service attitude.

The staff’s English was easy to understand and he was very polite. Even though the fuel was a bit low on return, he didn't mind. After refueling, we drove for a while. Time was tight and the Frankfurt airport area is quite confusing, so we didn’t look for another gas station nearby.

If you're landing at Terminal 2 of Frankfurt Airport, I highly recommend this rental company. It's extremely convenient; the office is the first one you see when exiting, and it's very close to the parking lot, making both pickup and drop-off very easy. The front desk and parking staff provide typical German service—very warm and friendly.

Overall, pretty good. Changed the pickup location last minute, and the service was still very accommodating.
