The pick-up and drop-off procedures were very convenient, and the car was in excellent condition. It was a new car with only 3000 kilometers, and being a diesel car, it was powerful and fuel-efficient. We only spent less than 200 euros on diesel for 2200 kilometers. The seven-seater was spacious for five people, and the luggage space was ample, making it perfect for long trips.

It's crucial to buy full insurance due to fraudulent behavior concerning car damage. No damage was noted at pickup, no collisions occurred during the trip, but they claimed the rear was rear-ended and there were many scratches at return, asking for €1698 in compensation. The loss would have been significant without full insurance.

The company is a large one and the car was in great condition. However, there was a system error. Despite having full insurance, they still tried to charge an extra 150 euros when returning the car. Thankfully, I had enough time before my flight to resolve the issue with the service desk by confirming the contract order on QEEQ and had the charges corrected. Just a minor mistake.

Free upgrade: I was worried that our luggage for a group of four over 11 days wouldn't fit. After checking many cars back home, we finally booked a Passat station wagon. But I was still a bit concerned. At pickup, the rental contract stated OPEL. I thought I got an Insignia station wagon and figured it definitely wouldn't fit. I asked in my broken English if this car was bigger than the Passat. The staff assured me that it wasn't smaller. Skeptical, I went to the garage. To my surprise, as there were no other station wagons, they upgraded me to a brand-new Opel Zafira, registered on September 22, with only 8 kilometers on it. We filled the trunk completely. Note that during the rental process, a full tank fuel cost is precharged. As long as you return it with a full tank, you won't be charged for fuel, which is an option available when you choose to return the car with a full tank on QEEQ.

The car was fine, but the German lady at the rental office was extremely grumpy. Just arriving in a foreign country and not yet accustomed to the English environment, I was slow to respond, and she was incredibly impatient. She misread my order and I had to argue with her for over half an hour until another employee came and sorted out my order. Due to the additional half-hour, I was charged for an extra day of rental. I asked for a refund through the rental platform, and also disputed the charge with my credit card company. When neither route seemed to work, the rental company proactively refunded me for the extra day. Lifelong fan of this rental platform.

Avis at Frankfurt Airport is too bad! They really disappointed me. They destroyed my trust by charging me double insurance without any consultation, didn't explain anything, and didn't show me the contract. They just asked for my credit card and charged me 1500 Euros. Afterwards, despite many calls, they refused to correct it. Even Avis Landau called and emailed them, but Avis at the airport was still unwilling to correct their mistakes and didn't return the extra money to me. I had to drive 200 km to the airport Avis to cancel the old order, but even then, their bad service was evident again. They asked me to wait and didn't return the extra money, which really disappointed me. AVIS was very disappointing. They damaged the trust customers had in them. I had already informed them that I had bought full insurance in China through QEEQ, but they still charged me for another full insurance and refused to refund. They charged my credit card 1500 Euros. Resolving this issue took me several days and a lot of energy. Over the phone, they were indifferent and unwilling to solve the problem. In the end, I had to drive to the site to resolve it, which severely affected my overall good mood throughout the trip!

Logged into the 'Zuzuche' website in China to pre-book a Mercedes-Benz C-Class four-door five-seat car and already paid (rental prices vary by car). On July 18, 2018, when picking up the car at the car rental counter in Frankfurt Airport, the German staff told us that no Mercedes-Benz was available and offered a BMW 3 Series four-door five-seat as an alternative, showing it on a computer screen. After confirming multiple times, we agreed to accept the alternative. Additionally, the staff tried to upsell a Volvo SUV, which we declined. When we went to the parking lot in Frankfurt Airport (about a ten-minute walk) to pick up the car self-service, we found it was actually a Skoda four-door five-seat. We returned to the counter to inquire, and the staff again said no Mercedes-Benz was available and only the Skoda was offered. We sternly pointed out, 'We rented a Mercedes-Benz as shown available on the website and paid for it. Therefore, the company should provide a Mercedes-Benz or give a reasonable explanation for why not, obtain our consent to provide an equivalent or higher-class car, and assume corresponding breach responsibilities. Additionally, claiming falsely that a BMW 3 Series would be provided is an attempt to deceive us. We demand a reasonable explanation and solution.' The staff then took out a key to a Mercedes-Benz from a drawer within two minutes without explanation. We successfully retrieved the car ourselves (a 2017 Mercedes-Benz C-Class 180 four-door five-seat car). Upon inspection, this was the only Mercedes-Benz in the dedicated parking area for the rental company at Frankfurt Airport, and it was a new 2017 model.

It was convenient to pick up the car following the signs at Frankfurt T1. I switched to a VW Golf DTI which was a bit more expensive but worth it. Drove up to 200 km/h, thrilling! Returning the car was a bit tricky with the GPS, easier to follow the airport signs, T1 arrival, then follow the car rental directions.

I prepaid 1392 RMB for a Ford Mondeo. Upon arrival, I was given a Nissan Qashqai instead, without being informed of additional rental costs and numerous extra fees. 1. The breakdown and origins of each fee were unclear. I never received the contract after picking up the car. They said they'd email it in 3-4 hours, but I never got it. The detailed invoice was only provided when returning the car, and it wasn't clear enough;
2. We booked a Volkswagen, but they gave us a CUPRA at the same price, despite having reserved the Volkswagen well in advance and arriving on time. The car rental company switched our car under various pretexts, which was unreasonable and resulted in extra costs;
4. On the return day, the car was fully refueled and had no issues, yet the invoice included a full tank refueling charge...
5. We only agreed to the full insurance, an additional driver fee, and the cross-border fee for driving out of Germany. No other charges should have been applied. Besides the 5200 RMB for the rental, my credit card was overcharged by an additional 8000 RMB, with excessive extra fees.
