I am very satisfied with the service. It was easy to find the car rental counter at Frankfurt. The car was in excellent condition, having only 5000 kilometers on it.
Great. The reserved manual Golf model was unavailable, and we got a free upgrade to an automatic. The rental company's service attitude was good, the car was in great condition, and we were very satisfied. However, the return signs were not very conspicuous, making it easy to take the wrong route.
The service was quite satisfactory. It's best to pick up the car on time, otherwise, there may not be a suitable vehicle available if you arrive early.
