The car exceed my expectations and I decided to extend for another week and had returned it today. The entire process of registering and picking up the car at the airport was very smooth. Throughly enjoyed having the car even though I had use it to bring me from point A To B . I would have love to take the car for a long trip. The only negative side is when I decided to extend the car for another week , I had someone ( with an Italian accent ) on the other line which I could hardly understand her . Positive side , she tried her very best and was very friendly.
Pretty good overall, but they were quite pushy with upselling. We kept saying we didn't need it. The Frankfurt counter was a bit further away from the others, had to walk a few extra steps.
