The car exceed my expectations and I decided to extend for another week and had returned it today. The entire process of registering and picking up the car at the airport was very smooth. Throughly enjoyed having the car even though I had use it to bring me from point A To B . I would have love to take the car for a long trip. The only negative side is when I decided to extend the car for another week , I had someone ( with an Italian accent ) on the other line which I could hardly understand her . Positive side , she tried her very best and was very friendly.

The service was excellent and very patient.

The overall process was quite smooth, the only issue was having to walk a few hundred meters to pick up the car.
