The rental company was operated by Chinese. We had five people with four large suitcases, but they sent a small car to pick us up to their rental point. After loading the luggage, four people had to squeeze in the back seat.

Very good. They picked us up from the airport to get the car and explained the traffic rules on the way, which avoided a lot of trouble.

The car rental company's customer service was good

From the moment the staff picked us up, their attitude was extremely cold. They only said two words, 'Get in!', opened the trunk, and then went back to their seat. My mother and I loaded all our luggage by ourselves and received no further communication from them. The pick-up location was a long distance from the airport. Their card machine and copier were not working, making the office practically useless.

It's just a few Chinese people renting cars from other rental companies and then sub-letting them. Not good.

Had an accident with the car and the after-sales service was extremely unsatisfactory. I am still entangled in the issue. They didn't provide any original invoices and only gave me self-made ones, claiming they couldn't find the originals due to high volume. When asked to explain how the 1000 euro deductible became 2000 euros, they didn't respond. The car rental company and the rental platform kept shirking responsibility, each pointing to the other. Terrible experience.

The attendant in Xi'an Zhou was very friendly and thoughtful.
