Service attitude was satisfactory

I rented a Passat but got an Opel station wagon. It felt average to drive, but the trunk was quite large.

Pros: When picking up the car, I was informed that the original model was not available, so they upgraded me to a Volvo XC60. The car was more premium (though it did consume more fuel). The vehicle was also fairly new, with less than 10,000 km on it. Cons: The car was given to me with half a tank of fuel instead of a full tank. I ended up refilling it significantly when returning the car...

I have booked COMPACT class, and I get Renault Clio (station wagon)!? Not enough space for traveling with pregnant woman and a child behind in a child seat.

App is not working perfect, especially this text input fields!

The car had a scratch on the bumper that was not documented in the rental contract, which led to 1150 Euro damage charges upon return. I did not receive a vehicle from the booked class (4 door sports sedan) but an SUV.
