We had booked a Mercedes E-Class, but were informed at pickup that only an Audi A5 was available. With five of us, it felt a bit small. We wanted to exchange it for another model but were told no other cars were available. On the bright side, the car was new and very clean.

Very satisfied. The rental location and parking lot were very easy to find. However, an additional 19% tax was charged at pickup. The car had only 9 kilometers and still had the slight new car smell, reminding me of when I bought my own car. Returning the car was also easy to find, and the staff member was very friendly and even personally took us to the drop-off point.

Paid for a Mercedes but got a Ford with 100,000 kilometers. Even though I clearly stated that I bought full insurance through Zuzuche, the counter added personal insurance and some 'other fees,' totaling an extra 471 euros. The counter didn't show the contract, just asked me to sign and said it would be emailed later, which turned out to be a trap! The next day, when I discovered it via email, Zuzuche said it had to be handled on my own, which I understand as they are just a platform with no authority. Since I signed it myself, they completely ignored my emails.

The car pickup was relatively smooth, but I was inexplicably charged 140.59 euros after returning the car. After multiple communications with customer service, they admitted the rental company made a mistake by charging for late return and vehicle upgrade. As of writing this review, it has been over forty days, and the platform only refunded about 40 euros of the mistakenly charged late return fee a week ago, with the remaining 100 euros still unresolved. Multiple phone calls to customer service have been met with excuses that the responsible after-sales person is in a meeting or has left for the day, and requests to speak with a customer supervisor have been denied. As a consumer, the experience has been extremely poor.

Very satisfied, there was no queue when we rented the car. The receptionist was a male salesman with a ponytail, he was very enthusiastic and efficient. He even helped us drive the car to the door outside the counter. Although he wasn't there when we returned the car, another staff member helped us park the car back in the parking lot. I rented the car from Europcar at Munich Airport. Since the airport is small, I quickly got through customs, picked up my luggage, and went to get the car. However, the counter staff said I arrived early and the car wasn't ready yet. They asked if I wanted to pay extra for a larger car. I had to wait at the airport for a while before getting the car. They didn't ask if I wanted to add any extras and mentioned they would hold some money as a deposit. The entire receipt was in German, and they didn't explain it, just asked for my signature. After returning home, I realized they overcharged me 100 euros for renting a GPS. I contacted Zuzuche for help, and they patiently assisted me in communicating with Europcar. However, Europcar claimed my signature proved I was aware of the charge. Remember to check every item carefully. This was the first time I encountered such an dishonest car rental company.

The route was easy to find. The underground parking garage was easy to enter and exit. The car, with 23,000 kilometers, was in pretty good condition. Both picking up and returning the car were very convenient with minimal waiting time. Communication was smooth. Additional cost for the destination in Austria was 30 euros, and adding an extra driver cost 70 euros, which is a bit expensive. Everything else was fine.

However, when I arrived at the rental office, there were only two Indian staff members with very average attitudes, and they said only the CHR was available. If I wanted another model, I would have to wait, but they couldn't say how long. Because I was in a hurry to leave, I reluctantly accepted. The next day, I contacted the rental platform to request a vehicle change, but after two days, they still couldn't reach the rental office. Extremely disappointed with the German rental company.

Buchbinder is the worst rental car company in the airport imho. They offered a much lower class car instead of the premium one we reserved. They stated that its actually a better car because its bigger in size. We ended up trying to cancel with a fee. I would never go with them

When I received the car, the office worker told me that the Ford car will delivered instead of the Mercedes and that it had better specifications and said that she upgraded the car category but I was surprised that the car's specifications were much lower than my expectations. It has no rear seat conditioner or rear windows (we could not be open it) and no Rear cameras that now come as standard, but on the other hand the car was new and has good space .

They kept pushing insurance and the cross-border fee was twice the suggested price. There was no personnel for vehicle handover, the vehicle provided wasn't the one reserved, and it had multiple noticeable scratches that weren't marked. We had to go back to the rental place, wasting a lot of time. There was a mileage limit that wasn't mentioned, and there was no mutual verification of the mileage data. The charge for excess mileage should be communicated and signed off in advance. There was no mileage check when returning the car either. The deposit has not been released two weeks after returning the car, and there are unclear charges. The responsibilities are not clearly defined, making the customer very dissatisfied. Why is the cross-border fee so expensive without a clear standard?

Very busy when collecting the car. Made to sign paperwork before inspecting vehicle When I highlighted the condition with the man at car collection all the damage was put onto a duplicate sheet. He took a copy and I took a copy. When bringing the car back none of the damage had been passed on and they initially tried to say I had done it. Luckily I had checked the car and had all of my paperwork to hand. Alot of people will be caught out by this and I see it as a scam being run by the company. Very disappointed.

The car we were given was actually a Hertz car, not a Dollar one. Everything was fine, other than when we picked up the car, the guy at the rental counter in Munich specifically said it was a diesel car. Part through through our trip, we needed to fill up with fuel, nbut the diesel nozzle didn't fit the tank. The tank suggested it was petrol. We called Hertz to ask what to do, We were told that the records stated diesel and "good luck". we spent a lot of time trying to decode the VIN numkber, but that didn't help, we researched the make / model of the car (Ford Kuga) online but that din't help either. We were close to going to a Ford dealer to get their help but it was the weekend. So in the end we filled up with petrol and everythingwas fine. When we returned the car to Frankfurt, the person who greeted us told us it was a petrol car. Your records for this vehicle need to be cahnged, or at least not have your counter staff tell customers incorrect info. Other than that, the car was excellent

Child seat was without isofix and did not look rigid but nevertheless vehicle had all necessary safety system functional. Van was spacious and equipped with parktronic which helped us to enjoy suburban drive. Drop off was perfect and complete deposit amount was returned on the card within 48hrs after rental

From the moment I arrived in Munich to pick up the car, Thrifty left an impression of simple and fast procedures. The female staff at the counter was kind and friendly. The vehicle was fuel-efficient and reliable, and there were no issues during the trip. Here I give a thumbs-up. When returning the car, I was unsure how to handle the €1000 pre-authorization. My English is not very good, and I had a confusing conversation with a male staff member at the counter. He became a bit impatient after a while, but then another male staff member took over and patiently explained everything in detail again. I got the gist of it. Overall, we are very satisfied with the excellent service provided by QEEQ and Thrifty. Thank you. For future travels, QEEQ and Thrifty will still be our first choice for car rental.

From the moment the staff picked us up, their attitude was extremely cold. They only said two words, 'Get in!', opened the trunk, and then went back to their seat. My mother and I loaded all our luggage by ourselves and received no further communication from them. The pick-up location was a long distance from the airport. Their card machine and copier were not working, making the office practically useless.

Did not provide the reserved model. The provided vehicle was smaller in capacity than the reserved one. There were no other options, and we had to accept it. The car was not in good condition, even though it was fairly new. It started showing faults not long after we began driving. It was a diesel car, and we had to look for the manual to find out that the AdBlue was empty. Not sure who is responsible for this cost.

I prepaid over 1000, but the rental company charged an additional 1700. Phone customer service agreed but there was no recording, so there was nowhere to argue when the rental company charged the money. Even if there was a recording, complaining abroad is difficult. Initially, Zuzuche customer service did not handle it, but later they started to, which is commendable. However, there is still no resolution.
