Very satisfied

Very pleased with booking and car provided. The car was a good 10 minutes walk to collect and no one came with us to confirm the cars condition. We were not told the cars condition even though we asked and were expected to accept their inspection with small print telling us to report marks. This meant that even if we found marks they already knew about, we would have to walk back adding approx 30-40 minutes to our collection after walking there and back and queuing again. We found a very small mark when we lifted the boot hatch under the lip (not visible if boot not opened) it was two small scratches less than a centimetre each. 1. assumed this was already noted. 2. Our experience is that anything under a centimetre long is accepted as normal ware and tear. When we took car back an attendant in the car park took ages to look all over the car. Found the scratches and reported it as our damage. Made a big deal of it explaining all they ways we could have scratched it and that most people lie about scratches so we weren't to be trusted. Then we were told to go to the counter inside the terminal where we were told that the easy rent car insurance would be enough and we should have taken out their insurance. After 20 minutes of dispute my husband showed him the picture we took and he said oh that's tiny, we won't charge you for that. It took an hour to drop off the car!!!

Very flexible and efficient

The route was easy to find. The underground parking garage was easy to enter and exit. The car, with 23,000 kilometers, was in pretty good condition. Both picking up and returning the car were very convenient with minimal waiting time. Communication was smooth. Additional cost for the destination in Austria was 30 euros, and adding an extra driver cost 70 euros, which is a bit expensive. Everything else was fine.

Overall service was okay. Couldn't find charging spots, so didn't charge the car. Experience was still fine.

It wasnt easy to find the car rental area. Once there it wasn't obvious that you could self check in so wasted time in a queue. But the service at the desk was friendly, helpful and efficient. Great car - offered an automatic but they happily changed to a manual on request. No guidance on how the car works so you need to take time to check it all out before setting off. No instruction about drop off other than on the paperwork and difficult to find on satnav Drop off points clearly signed at airport and process 5mins max

I have provided feedback to customer service multiple times, but they never took it seriously and handled it superficially.

The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly. There was no queue, and when I asked about insurance and said no, there was no upselling.

The pickup process was smooth, and they gave us a relatively new Fiat 500X, which appears to be a high-end model with a fully openable soft top. It would be really comfortable if the weather were warmer.
