Waited a very long time to pick up the car The final cost was much higher than what was shown on the rental website

The worst experience ever. Felt like I was resold multiple times. First, with Shouqi contract, then Shouqi partnered with the international company EUROPCAR, and finally, EUROPCAR was attached to the local company ADVANTAGE. The rental platform rated them 6.6, and they charged a deposit of over $290, promising to return it in 2 days, but it never happened. The contract was $84.08 for 2 days, but at the store, it became $124.09. I felt cheated in the US for the first time.

Hardly any waiting in line, and the service attitude was great.

The most disgusting car rental experience ever. I booked an RV4 and was given an old Jeep. They also added extra insurance despite language barriers. This rental company is too small; I don't recommend renting from them.

Very satisfied, highly recommended. There is a shuttle service from the airport. I arrived at the counter half an hour earlier and there was almost no waiting in line. The staff were very friendly.
