Both picking up and dropping off the car took forever as there were no staff at the airport at the appointed time. We had to call them after arrival, and someone drove over, but the wait was too long. We made numerous calls and kept hearing 'they'll be there soon,' but no one showed up. Especially during the return, the police asked us to move our car several times. We even suggested parking the car in the lot and handing it over there, but they rejected the idea.
24-hour service, cheap car rates, but they heavily push insurance. I delayed my review to see if there would be any unreasonable charges later on. Fortunately, there haven't been any so far.
1. Circula sends a representative to pick up customers at the airport holding a sign since they don't have a counter at the airport. This wasn't clearly indicated by Zuzuche, causing us to search frantically upon our late-night arrival. The representative was also waiting cluelessly with the sign.
2. Make sure to check the car pick-up and drop-off times carefully written in English by the rental company. We arrived late, exhausted and stressed, and thought showing the Zuzuche order was enough. They handed us an order, we signed it quickly, only wanting to get the car as soon as possible. We didn't realize they put the return time a day earlier. When it was time to return the car, the Circula owner scolded us, asking why they couldn't reach us on our Turkish phone the previous day. We found it weird because we had a data SIM card, not a phone SIM card. We had our Chinese phone, why didn't they contact that? They wanted to charge us an extra day. I urgently called Zuzuche, but it was 3 or 4 am in China, and although someone was on duty, they couldn't actively resolve the issue. After returning to China and going through some trouble, they finally didn't charge the extra day, but it was a waste of energy... really...
The car rental company acted like thieves, telling lies and voiding promises with no credibility. They forced me to drive a malfunctioning car until it broke down and then unilaterally charged my credit card over 20,000 RMB for their broken car’s damage! This rental company lacks any integrity!!!
I've rented cars in my home country, and the process is rather tedious. This rental left me with a great impression, and I will definitely contact your company again for future international rentals.
There is no fixed counter at the airport; both pick-up and drop-off are at the airport entrance. The person delivering the car asked for an 8-euro tip. The vehicle is fairly old but functional. Make sure to check the car's exterior for scratches and take photos as a record.
The sales agent pushed insurance heavily at pickup, but other than that, the service was quite good and efficient. You need to go to the Vodafone counter at the airport arrivals area to find the sales agent dressed in green.
The service was terrible. I requested a sedan but was given a hatchback. It was late that day, and when they delivered the car to the terminal, only a hatchback was available. Their attitude was awful, basically like they didn't care. The worst part was all the unnecessary deposits they asked for, along with various miscellaneous charges. The car they gave was in poor condition, very noisy, and sounded like a tractor when reaching 90 km/h.
They forced us to buy a Turkish highway toll pass for 100 lira, but other rental users said they weren't charged this fee. We chose to return the car in the city, but the return location given was very far from the city, and we were charged an additional fee for returning the car at a different location. The car had multiple dents and scratches and was in poor condition. Once, the car stalled and wouldn't start again. We had to get help from a passerby to jump-start the battery.
