There is no counter at the airport, so you need to call separately. The receptionist's English proficiency was not satisfactory. They asked for a 15 Euro tip when picking up the car, which was very unpleasant. We booked two cars, one of which was an SUV. The front right tire was flat when we picked it up, and we had to go back to the company because of this. We were worried about a tire leak throughout the trip. When we returned the car, there was a small scratch and the rental company fined us 120 Euros. The money isn't a big deal, but there was no receipt. In the end, after we insisted, they wrote down the situation on the contract and had it signed by the staff.

There is no fixed counter at the airport; both pick-up and drop-off are at the airport entrance. The person delivering the car asked for an 8-euro tip. The vehicle is fairly old but functional. Make sure to check the car's exterior for scratches and take photos as a record.
