It is easy to find the car pickup location after arriving at the airport, and the shuttle to the car storage location is well-arranged.

Other services were good, but they didn't provide any of the car insurance promised by the rental company.

The car rental process is very standardized, with no extra charges or insurance upselling.

There were some unclear additional charges. I paid cash at a bridge, but the HGS also charged 410 lira, which seems hard to get back.

Found Budget at the airport, but the counter staff were not very friendly. They claimed there were no Clio cars available and asked me to pay an extra 5 euros per day for a Golf 7. They also charged me a 1000 lira deposit. After a long flight and lacking a local SIM card, I couldn't contact the rental company, so I agreed. However, I was quite dissatisfied with the local Turkish staff's attitude; they seemed like street gangs. The people at the pick-up point were nice though. The staff at the return point were all great. When returning the car, I got stuck in traffic in Istanbul, then went to a gas station to clean the car inside and out. The car return point at the airport was hard to find, so I was over an hour late, but they didn't charge me any extra fees.

Quick and convenient

I rented a Volvo but was given a Qashqai instead. These are not the same class of cars, yet the price was the same. Ridiculous.

Very good, especially because highway tolls don't need to be paid in advance. You can settle them after using the car, which saves a lot of hassle.

The staff will wait next to the counter, and there's a bus at the entrance to the parking lot.

There were hardly any queues at the service point.
