Service is not standardized.

Had an accident with the car and the after-sales service was extremely unsatisfactory. I am still entangled in the issue. They didn't provide any original invoices and only gave me self-made ones, claiming they couldn't find the originals due to high volume. When asked to explain how the 1000 euro deductible became 2000 euros, they didn't respond. The car rental company and the rental platform kept shirking responsibility, each pointing to the other. Terrible experience.

Very good. They picked us up from the airport to get the car and explained the traffic rules on the way, which avoided a lot of trouble.

Good service, although a bit far from the airport, but not too far. Service staff can be contacted quickly.

First contact via WeChat, then wait at the designated place. Waited 15 minutes to be picked up.
