The rental company was operated by Chinese. We had five people with four large suitcases, but they sent a small car to pick us up to their rental point. After loading the luggage, four people had to squeeze in the back seat.
Had an accident with the car and the after-sales service was extremely unsatisfactory. I am still entangled in the issue. They didn't provide any original invoices and only gave me self-made ones, claiming they couldn't find the originals due to high volume. When asked to explain how the 1000 euro deductible became 2000 euros, they didn't respond. The car rental company and the rental platform kept shirking responsibility, each pointing to the other. Terrible experience.
