Overall, the service was quite rigid. They promised to prepare a car that could cross into Italy, but upon arrival, they informed us that there was no suitable car. After delaying for two hours, the rental company told me I could go to Switzerland to change the car, so we had to start the trip with a Volkswagen Multivan.
Overall, it was pretty good. Although there was a mileage limit, it was sufficient for me.
