The Europecar clerk initially suggested upgrading to an Audi A3 for over 300 euros, but I declined. After that, he kept trying to sell me insurance. The credit card was charged 4 times! They insisted it didn't happen, and the issue is still unresolved. My credit limit has been maxed out and I can't use it anymore.
