After delaying for two hours, the rental company told me I could go to Switzerland to change the car, so we had to start the trip with a Volkswagen Multivan.

The credit card was charged 4 times! They insisted it didn't happen, and the issue is still unresolved. My credit limit has been maxed out and I can't use it anymore.

They gave me the wrong model and it was a lower trim. I was supposed to get a Mondeo but had to pay extra to switch cars.
