Pick-up Instructions

NU Car Rentals service is provided in co-operation with Scotties Rent A Car in Auckland NZ. As soon as you exit Customs please call 0800-736-825 then option 5 or 0800-RENTAL from any landline (not cell phone) and we will direct you to the pickup site outside the Terminal. Our direct line is +64 9 303 3912. Calls are free.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return the car to the hotel (BK's Best Western Motel, 205, Kirkbride Road, Auckland, New Zealand) and give the car key back to the staff. The hotel will provide shuttle bus service to send you back to the airport. If you have any questions, please call 640800-736825 and press number 1.

Driver's License Requirements

Car had 151,000 miles on it. Too many dents/scratches/scrapes/stain to document. Radio didn't work well, needed new windshield wiper blades, it smelled very musty/damp. It didn't break down during our three week rental so that is good.

The staffs there were great! But the condition of the vehicle wasn’t really that good. Cobwebs formed up and spotted all around the car. Had a problem with the driver‘a car door.
