On arrival, plase call 0800 545 000 for pick up:nnAt the International terminal, we will collect you from the rental car collection point outside Door # 11.nAt the Domestic terminal, please exit the Domestic Terminal through Door 7, in the Jetstar Check-in area. Proceed across the pedestrian crossing to your left and make your way to the sign posted Shuttle Bus area.nnAA 24 hour roadside assistance is included

The service was good. This time, the car rented at the airport had the engine warning light on when we arrived in Auckland. Later, we drove back to the airport branch to exchange it. It would have been better if the EZI Auckland city branch could offer a free replacement, so we wouldn't have to drive to the airport branch to exchange the car. Overall, the service was good and still worth recommending.
