The pick-up process was quite fast, but the car provided wasn't a Mercedes Vito—it was a Fiat, which was bigger. When returning the car, they claimed it was dirty and wanted to charge over 4000 lira for cleaning. Luckily, we had spare time and cleaned it ourselves in 5 minutes, saving over 800 RMB.
Professional, well-organized process, and both pickup and drop-off are convenient and quick. Received the invoice and deposit refund shortly after returning the car.
Had to wait nearly half an hour to pick up the car, but everything else was fine. Added extra insurance at pick-up, included a second driver, and upgraded the car model, which cost an additional 200+ per day. It's still better to buy full insurance in advance on QEEQ. Car replacement was very convenient, and the vehicle condition was good.

My flight was about to take off, yet they asked me to go back to the parking lot and leave the keys in the car.
