It was truly excellent! After I called, they came to pick me up in no time. The paperwork at the store was processed very quickly, and the guy who picked me up was super nice. I’ll definitely rent from them again whenever I’m in Greater Vancouver.
Very good, convenient and efficient, with good vehicle condition. Although the passenger-side wiper doesn't clean perfectly, it doesn't affect driving. The car is very fuel-efficient—an excellent choice overall.
Over a month after I returned the car, they suddenly charged me 500 CAD without explaining the reason. I kept asking, but they never gave me a response.

After customs clearance, I received a call from the rental company right away, accurately guiding me to the shuttle bus location. The car was a Nissan model, very new with only 5,700 km.
