I was told they accepted American Express for the deposit which they didn’t accept on arrival and I paid an additional £165 on top of the rental agreement to cover the fact that they told me they do not accept Amex upon arrival

The pick-up and drop-off were easy, and the car was in good condition. However, they didn't accept AXA insurance and sold me their insurance, saying, "My car, my insurance" I asked QEEQ to cancel AXA insurance, and they did it. The pick-up and drop-off points are outside the airport, and they pick you up from the airport. I recommend them in total.

The counter was closed while we were in Antalya Airport, Luckily Easyrentcar have send a number to communicate with them. Guys, do not rent from the cheapest company. Initially, we chose them and faced multiple issues: their location is off the airport and requires a ten-minute drive, they couldn't process the credit card authorization (despite the card being fine), and then they asked for cash or suggested renting from a neighboring company. It felt like a scam. We decided to take a taxi back to the airport and rent from another company. It's better to pay a bit more for a hassle-free experience!

Avoid! Avoid! I advise everyone not to choose GREEN MOTION just to save a little money. They doubted my credit card and refused to give me a car without any explanation, even though my money was deducted. (Another couple also faced a similar situation due to credit card issues and had a big argument there.) We don't know if they want a specific type of credit card or if they're just trying to keep your prepayment. The app's customer service tried to help appeal but failed. Once the money is with them, you won't get it back—they will always have excuses. Extremely irresponsible! I learned a lesson for 2000 RMB. Renting offline later was more convenient and faster, with much better service. In short, be cautious unless you are absolutely sure your credit card is flawless. Even when I assured them my card worked fine in Istanbul, they still refused to try. So, sometimes it’s not the card but their perception of it. Ended up spending more money and time renting offline. Rent-a-car customer service was good and helped with offline rentals, and the app is fine. You can pick other companies, just avoid GREEN MOTION!

The overall experience with Cizgi has been slightly above average. The tyre condition of the car was poor and we had to take some decisions not to take the car in the North of Turkey in the hilly terrains. The drive and handling was excellent. The deposit back procedure was also poor as we had to go to different levels to get the deposit which was paid in cash back.

The staff at the pickup and drop-off points were very friendly, and there were no issues communicating in English. It's a good thing we upgraded the insurance because the tire blew out on the second day. Roadside assistance was slow and inefficient, and we had to rely on the hotel staff to contact a nearby repair shop. Remember to keep the receipts for the insurance claim. Although the cost is not a big deal, this kind of issue really wastes vacation time.

Overall, this self-driving trip in Turkey was joyful and pleasant. The car we got from the rental company was a nearly new Renault with automatic transmission, and it was easy to handle. The company's service attitude was also good. The only regret was that our original request for a car delivery service was not fulfilled (it seems other rental companies do offer this service). Additionally, the pickup address provided by the company did not match the actual pickup location, which caused some trouble when picking up the car. We had to spend quite some time finding the place.

Avoid Boycar at all costs. I was supposed to pick up the car at 10 AM, but they told me there were no automatic cars left and asked me to take a manual. I refused and had to wait until 2 PM when someone returned a car. This didn't change my return time? I've been driving for 7 years, but the staff kept scaring me, saying Turkey is unsafe and I'd have to pay for any incidents, then charged me 35 euros a day for insurance. When returning the car, they said the standard fee includes a 10-euro car wash. If I had dirtied the car, I'd understand, but I didn't. Extremely poor experience.

The service was quite mediocre. Firstly, the pick-up location shown online was supposed to be in the arrivals hall, but we searched for a long time and couldn't find the car rental company's counter. There was no staff at the arrival exit to greet us either. After waiting for a long time, we had to call the car rental company for someone to pick us up. During the verification process for the vehicle, no one explained any important notices or terms and conditions. There was also no reminder to inspect the car. Only after we requested did they inspect the scratches and marks on the car. We needed to rent their GPS, but it turned out to be broken. The staff tried to fix it for a while but it still didn't work. When we asked for a replacement or if someone could bring another one, they refused and just left. We were given a Ford Focus, which surprisingly required premium 95 gasoline. It was a rip-off and consumed fuel very quickly. The range displayed on the dashboard was highly inaccurate and dropped rapidly, leaving us unsure if there was a problem. The car had issues when starting, and it shook badly. Overall, it was very cheap, but the service was really just average.

Very bad. The staff were inefficient and communication was slow. The pickup location is not near the airport, and no one was holding a sign at the airport to wait for us. In the over thirty degrees weather, I spent more than half an hour looking for the person and the store. After giving feedback to customer service, they called the car rental company to pick us up. As soon as we got in the car, they drove around and then said they needed to pick up another renter too. They left me in the car without air conditioning to wait! When we finally got to the car rental place, the whole process of picking up the car took almost an hour and a half. Extremely inefficient.

We booked the car to be picked up at the airport at 9 PM, but our flight was delayed, and the car rental representative waited for us until around 10 PM. This car rental company doesn't have a storefront at the terminal building. The representative picked up our group of four and drove us to the store, which was very close, about a ten-minute drive. He showed us the order, asked us to sign, and processed the payment. He was really nice, and his English was excellent. He explained everything repeatedly when we didn't understand something. During the insurance part, I showed him the full insurance I bought on QEEQ, and he explained everything to us one by one. Seeing that we had already purchased all the necessary coverage, he didn't try to sell us any additional insurance. Car rentals abroad classify cars by category. We had booked a Mitsubishi Eclipse, but we were given an Opel Mokka instead. The car was cleaned like new and had a full tank of gas. The pick-up, self-driving, and return process were all very smooth and the experience was excellent. I will choose QEEQ for future car rentals abroad. As it was our first time renting a car abroad, we were very cautious at the pick-up, checking the car for nearly ten minutes. When returning the car, the representative just walked around the car for about 10 seconds, then signed the paperwork and drove us to the airport.

I booked a Mercedes but they did not have one. I was given a Renault instead. If I knew that they did not have a Mercedes I would have booked a smaller cheaper car. Also as I pucked up the car at Antalya airport and returned it at Izmir airport I was not familiar with the drop off location. Communication with helpdesk was difficult due to their proficiency in English. They could have provided a map during pickup as to where the car drop off location is. They also did the same with the lady in front of us who came off the same flight. Which shows that for commission they are cheating the customers.

The experience was very bad. The car given to us had already covered 60,000 kilometers, a white Dacia Duster. The front windshield was blurry. If anyone gets this car, immediately ask the rental company to change it. This car has mechanical issues. After picking up the car at the airport, we headed towards Fethiye. About 100 kilometers in, the engine made a strange noise and started to smoke. We called the rental company for assistance, but they were indifferent and told us to keep driving. After another 2 kilometers, the smoke got worse. We stopped at a gas station and asked the staff for help. They called the rental company and explained the car couldn't be driven any further. They even found a local mechanic to check it. Only after the mechanic spoke with the rental company did they send help. It took 6 hours from when the car broke down at 3 PM to get back to the Antalya airport branch, 100 kilometers away. They gave us an identical car when we returned, with no apology. We expressed concerns about the same issues happening again and asked to change cars. We were even willing to accept a downgrade, but the rental company was very uncooperative. The branch manager told us to ask our agent to cancel the booking since we didn't pay directly to them, or to find a better rental company if we wanted to cancel, otherwise to take the same car. The experience was extremely poor and very frustrating.

The service was excellent. Although I arrived in Antalya at 6 AM, the staff was already waiting outside the airport. The store is just a few minutes' drive from the airport. No one at the airport to greet. Had to burn a day of expensive roaming to make one phone call to find out where the pick up guy was. Had to wait a further 10 minutes for him to arrive. Not as described in the pick up instructions. Car was generally fine (it had done nearly 70,000 km, but was troublesome to start, although it did usually eventually fire. Either needed a full charge or a new battery. Informed the rental agency. Very disappointing that rental company's policy is to hold on to my deposit (€650) for 28 days even though there is no question of the car being damaged in any way. I don't see why my money should be earning interest in their account for a month.

The staff's attitude was indifferent, and they were at least twenty minutes late for both pick-up and drop-off. They didn't have the car I reserved and only offered to replace it with a small SUV of an unknown brand that couldn't fit our luggage. We had to pay extra to choose a Skoda Superb. First, when inspecting the car, it was purposely done in a dimly lit area, and they only checked briefly with a phone flashlight. Since we had full insurance and it was late at night, we didn't fuss too much. Unexpectedly, we were later charged for some scratches. I hope Zuzu Car can help resolve this promptly. Second, at pickup, the service personnel didn't properly check the vehicle. The ad blue (I'm not quite sure what this additive is) warning was not communicated, resulting in the car being unable to start midway. Contacting the rental company was futile as they couldn't even communicate properly in English, failing to resolve the issue. Thankfully, a kind person helped us refill, but it wasted a good 4 hours. The rental company promised to reimburse the additive and fuel costs, but they did not deliver. In summary, if you don't understand Turkish, don't rent from such companies. I hope Zuzu Car strictly monitors the quality of their suppliers.

They gave me a vehicle with more than 250000 km on it (pictures taken). Adjustment for a driver seat was broken. My back hurts even now. One of the tire had serious safety hazard - side damage (pictures taken). Car had an ugly scratch of 1 m2 (pictures taken). On the way back the clutch collapsed in the middle of traffic (pictures taken). Thanks to the help of locals managed to contact the rental company, and after an hour being stranded, finally taken to the airport.

After returning the car, they directly deducted 380 lira. When I inquired, Grenta rental company told me the insurance was with Zuzuche and not with them, hence the direct deduction.

Finding the car took quite a while primarily because of QEEQ’s incorrect directions, and phone communication was poor. In reality, the car rental company at Antalya Airport is named 'aytu car', not any other rental company mentioned by QEEQ. In the Antalya Airport parking lot, you can see the signs clearly. The service at the car rental company was mediocre during pickup but excellent during drop-off, with staff proactively escorting us to the airport entrance.

First, let's talk about the store. The Antalya Airport location seems to be merged with another company. It was hard to find, and we only stumbled upon it by accident while asking for directions. They promised someone would meet us at the exit, but no one was there. When picking up the car, the staff knew nothing, not even if the car had an HGS. They didn't speak English, making communication impossible. Eventually, another store's staff had to help us. This is a terrible rental company. Do not be swayed by reviews. Having just returned home, I can confirm they are very bad.

Incorrect pick-up information. They only have a pick-up point at Antalya Airport, but the website indicated there was one in downtown, causing me to book the wrong hotel and pay an extra 15 euros to get the car. The staff member was also over an hour late when returning the car, and none of the phone numbers, including the emergency ones, were answered. Eventually, I had to call back to domestic. The car itself was decent.

It was a terrible experience. I booked a car from downtown, but when I called, the staff told me they had closed the location but could send a car from the airport to my hotel. I told them my hotel was far from downtown but I was in downtown at that time. Unfortunately, their English was not good enough to understand me. They asked me to go back to the hotel and wait, but after waiting for 1.5 hours, they told me they couldn't do it unless I paid an extra charge! I could have waited in downtown if they had asked. Then they just canceled the booking without any communication. When I called back, they said they couldn't speak English! Thankfully, the hotel staff helped us book another car, but it completely ruined the day! And their attitude was awful.

The local company's service was excellent. They cleaned the car thoroughly, and they waited for us at the airport for a long time with a sign, even though there was misinformation. We didn't have to wait to return the car; we just handed it over to the hotel staff. When we forgot something in the car, they even called us back to retrieve it.
