The car was very old, with over 70,000 kilometers on it. The door locks were broken, and only the driver's door could be opened after parking. The driver's seat height adjustment was also broken, making the seating position very low. Although claimed to be an SUV, it felt more like a sedan. Overall, the condition of the car was very disappointing.

1. The car provided had multiple scratches on the body, leading to a poor driving experience. Acceleration was very slow, and even with the pedal fully pressed on the highway, the speed only reached 80-90 km/h. 2. After picking up the car, I repeatedly requested a copy of the signed rental contract, but I still hadn't received it even after the deposit was refunded. 3. During the return process, the staff pointed out scratches on the wheel rims. I explained that the scratches were pre-existing and asked them to check their system's photos, but they claimed there were no photos for that area. I provided a video I had taken as proof of the original condition. The staff then started nitpicking, pointing out another scratch on the wheel rim. After struggling to find another photo on my phone to prove my point, the staff claimed the photo was unclear and intentionally made the process difficult, even though I was rushing to catch a flight. After some extended discussion, they finally said, 'It's ok, you can go.' Today, I received the deposit refund, but 1,100 yuan was deducted. I am currently consulting with the Zuzuche customer service team to follow up and request a fee breakdown.

I booked a Mercedes but they did not have one. I was given a Renault instead. If I knew that they did not have a Mercedes I would have booked a smaller cheaper car. Also as I pucked up the car at Antalya airport and returned it at Izmir airport I was not familiar with the drop off location. Communication with helpdesk was difficult due to their proficiency in English. They could have provided a map during pickup as to where the car drop off location is. I was told they accepted American Express for the deposit which they didn’t accept on arrival and I paid an additional £165 on top of the rental agreement to cover the fact that they told me they do not accept Amex upon arrival

First of all, I have been a loyal user of Zuzuche for many years, using it for self-driving trips from France to New Zealand to Europe. Recently, every time I travel abroad, I rely on Zuzuche. However, this trip in Turkey was extremely unpleasant, stressful, and unforgettable. We encountered multiple issues. Although Zuzuche's customer service did respond and their attitude was good, it made me question whether the service was provided by AI rather than a real person, as their attitude was good but they were unable to efficiently resolve issues. Feedback was slow. When they said they would urgently notify the insurance company, there was no reply for a long time. They promised a response by Monday, but by Wednesday, no updates were received. We hoped Zuzuche would help contact the 24-hour car rental office, but they couldn’t reach them either. Feeling anxious, we had to change our entire afternoon itinerary to personally drive to the rental office to record evidence and communicate face-to-face with them. It was a very unpleasant experience that made me question how the platform reviews and manages the qualifications of local rental companies.

However, they didn't accept AXA insurance and sold me their insurance, saying, "My car, my insurance" I asked QEEQ to cancel AXA insurance, and they did it. The pick-up and drop-off points are outside the airport, and they pick you up from the airport. I recommend them in total.

When picking up the car, a deposit of 900 euros was charged, not as a pre-authorization, but directly as a transaction. Now, a month and a half has passed, and the deposit has still not been refunded. I tried contacting the rental company via email and WhatsApp, as provided at the time of pickup, but received no response. After researching online, I found overwhelmingly negative reviews about this rental company, including multiple reports of withholding large deposits from tourists. I strongly suspect this is a fraudulent rental company specializing in deposit scams! Moreover, I booked the rental company RIGHT CARS through the platform, but the contact information they provided belonged to another company, Active rental a car. I don't know the relationship between these two companies, but both have terrible reviews!

No one at the airport to greet. Had to burn a day of expensive roaming to make one phone call to find out where the pick up guy was. Had to wait a further 10 minutes for him to arrive. Not as described in the pick up instructions. Car was generally fine (it had done nearly 70,000 km, but was troublesome to start, although it did usually eventually fire. Either needed a full charge or a new battery. Informed the rental agency. Very disappointing that rental company's policy is to hold on to my deposit (€650) for 28 days even though there is no question of the car being damaged in any way. I don't see why my money should be earning interest in their account for a month.

The staff quickly located the reservation using the name provided. They may try to upsell insurance and require proof of additional insurance coverage. You need to provide the rental agreement, specifically the section explaining the insurance coverage, before they accept it. Additionally, you'll need to sign a declaration stating you haven't opted for the company's extra insurance coverage. Once completed, you're ready to pick up the car!

Guys, do not rent from the cheapest company. Initially, we chose them and faced multiple issues: their location is off the airport and requires a ten-minute drive, they couldn't process the credit card authorization (despite the card being fine), and then they asked for cash or suggested renting from a neighboring company. The rental staff were indifferent. Do not trust the rental company; if they ask you to buy insurance, do it; otherwise, they'll find a way to scam you later. I’ve rented from this company in other countries before and thought they were reliable, but I got scammed in Turkey. It was my mistake for assuming the insurance I purchased included full coverage. The store advised me to buy insurance, but I didn’t. When picking up the car, the staff quickly went over the vehicle, pointing out scratches, but I didn’t record a video myself. Unfortunately, they missed one spot, and I didn’t notice it. When returning the car, the staff claimed the scratch was new and not a typical scrape—it was a very deep mark. However, it was clearly old damage, but they insisted it was new since there was no photo evidence from pickup. I wasn’t told the repair costs immediately and was informed later. After returning home, I found out they charged over 3,000 RMB for repairs.

The pickup instructions on the app are incorrect. The process is handled at T1, and the car pickup is also at T1, right at the airport arrival exit. It's not at T2 as shown in the navigation. Luckily, I checked the reviews beforehand. Both pickup and drop-off are very convenient and efficient. The staff are very professional.

Pretty good, explained very clearly. Insurance needs to be purchased separately at the rental office. The insurance bought on QEEQ is domestic and not recognized abroad. Very bad. The staff were inefficient and communication was slow. The pickup location is not near the airport, and no one was holding a sign at the airport to wait for us. In the over thirty degrees weather, I spent more than half an hour looking for the person and the store. After giving feedback to customer service, they called the car rental company to pick us up. As soon as we got in the car, they drove around and then said they needed to pick up another renter too. They left me in the car without air conditioning to wait! When we finally got to the car rental place, the whole process of picking up the car took almost an hour and a half. Extremely inefficient.

Avoid! Avoid! I advise everyone not to choose GREEN MOTION just to save a little money. They doubted my credit card and refused to give me a car without any explanation, even though my money was deducted. (Another couple also faced a similar situation due to credit card issues and had a big argument there.) We don't know if they want a specific type of credit card or if they're just trying to keep your prepayment. The app's customer service tried to help appeal but failed. Once the money is with them, you won't get it back—they will always have excuses. Extremely irresponsible! I learned a lesson for 2000 RMB. Renting offline later was more convenient and faster, with much better service. In short, be cautious unless you are absolutely sure your credit card is flawless. Even when I assured them my card worked fine in Istanbul, they still refused to try. So, sometimes it’s not the card but their perception of it. Ended up spending more money and time renting offline. Rent-a-car customer service was good and helped with offline rentals, and the app is fine. You can pick other companies, just avoid GREEN MOTION!

Avoid Boycar at all costs. I was supposed to pick up the car at 10 AM, but they told me there were no automatic cars left and asked me to take a manual. I refused and had to wait until 2 PM when someone returned a car. This didn't change my return time? I've been driving for 7 years, but the staff kept scaring me, saying Turkey is unsafe and I'd have to pay for any incidents, then charged me 35 euros a day for insurance. When returning the car, they said the standard fee includes a 10-euro car wash. If I had dirtied the car, I'd understand, but I didn't. Extremely poor experience.

The service was quite mediocre. Firstly, the pick-up location shown online was supposed to be in the arrivals hall, but we searched for a long time and couldn't find the car rental company's counter. There was no staff at the arrival exit to greet us either. After waiting for a long time, we had to call the car rental company for someone to pick us up. During the verification process for the vehicle, no one explained any important notices or terms and conditions. There was also no reminder to inspect the car. Only after we requested did they inspect the scratches and marks on the car. We needed to rent their GPS, but it turned out to be broken. The staff tried to fix it for a while but it still didn't work. When we asked for a replacement or if someone could bring another one, they refused and just left. We were given a Ford Focus, which surprisingly required premium 95 gasoline. It was a rip-off and consumed fuel very quickly. The range displayed on the dashboard was highly inaccurate and dropped rapidly, leaving us unsure if there was a problem. The car had issues when starting, and it shook badly. Overall, it was very cheap, but the service was really just average.

We booked the car to be picked up at the airport at 9 PM, but our flight was delayed, and the car rental representative waited for us until around 10 PM. This car rental company doesn't have a storefront at the terminal building. The representative picked up our group of four and drove us to the store, which was very close, about a ten-minute drive. He showed us the order, asked us to sign, and processed the payment. He was really nice, and his English was excellent. He explained everything repeatedly when we didn't understand something. During the insurance part, I showed him the full insurance I bought on QEEQ, and he explained everything to us one by one. Seeing that we had already purchased all the necessary coverage, he didn't try to sell us any additional insurance. Car rentals abroad classify cars by category. We had booked a Mitsubishi Eclipse, but we were given an Opel Mokka instead. The car was cleaned like new and had a full tank of gas. The pick-up, self-driving, and return process were all very smooth and the experience was excellent. I will choose QEEQ for future car rentals abroad. As it was our first time renting a car abroad, we were very cautious at the pick-up, checking the car for nearly ten minutes. When returning the car, the representative just walked around the car for about 10 seconds, then signed the paperwork and drove us to the airport.

First, when inspecting the car, it was purposely done in a dimly lit area, and they only checked briefly with a phone flashlight. Since we had full insurance and it was late at night, we didn't fuss too much. Unexpectedly, we were later charged for some scratches. I hope Zuzu Car can help resolve this promptly. Second, at pickup, the service personnel didn't properly check the vehicle. The ad blue (I'm not quite sure what this additive is) warning was not communicated, resulting in the car being unable to start midway. Contacting the rental company was futile as they couldn't even communicate properly in English, failing to resolve the issue. Thankfully, a kind person helped us refill, but it wasted a good 4 hours. The rental company promised to reimburse the additive and fuel costs, but they did not deliver. In summary, if you don't understand Turkish, don't rent from such companies. I hope Zuzu Car strictly monitors the quality of their suppliers.

They gave me a vehicle with more than 250000 km on it (pictures taken). Adjustment for a driver seat was broken. My back hurts even now. One of the tire had serious safety hazard - side damage (pictures taken). Car had an ugly scratch of 1 m2 (pictures taken). On the way back the clutch collapsed in the middle of traffic (pictures taken). Thanks to the help of locals managed to contact the rental company, and after an hour being stranded, finally taken to the airport.

Finding the car took quite a while primarily because of QEEQ’s incorrect directions, and phone communication was poor. In reality, the car rental company at Antalya Airport is named 'aytu car', not any other rental company mentioned by QEEQ. In the Antalya Airport parking lot, you can see the signs clearly. The service at the car rental company was mediocre during pickup but excellent during drop-off, with staff proactively escorting us to the airport entrance.

First, let's talk about the store. The Antalya Airport location seems to be merged with another company. It was hard to find, and we only stumbled upon it by accident while asking for directions. They promised someone would meet us at the exit, but no one was there. When picking up the car, the staff knew nothing, not even if the car had an HGS. They didn't speak English, making communication impossible. Eventually, another store's staff had to help us. This is a terrible rental company. Do not be swayed by reviews. Having just returned home, I can confirm they are very bad.

Incorrect pick-up information. They only have a pick-up point at Antalya Airport, but the website indicated there was one in downtown, causing me to book the wrong hotel and pay an extra 15 euros to get the car. The staff member was also over an hour late when returning the car, and none of the phone numbers, including the emergency ones, were answered. Eventually, I had to call back to domestic. The car itself was decent.

It was a terrible experience. I booked a car from downtown, but when I called, the staff told me they had closed the location but could send a car from the airport to my hotel. I told them my hotel was far from downtown but I was in downtown at that time. Unfortunately, their English was not good enough to understand me. They asked me to go back to the hotel and wait, but after waiting for 1.5 hours, they told me they couldn't do it unless I paid an extra charge! I could have waited in downtown if they had asked. Then they just canceled the booking without any communication. When I called back, they said they couldn't speak English! Thankfully, the hotel staff helped us book another car, but it completely ruined the day! And their attitude was awful.

The local company's service was excellent. They cleaned the car thoroughly, and they waited for us at the airport for a long time with a sign, even though there was misinformation. We didn't have to wait to return the car; we just handed it over to the hotel staff. When we forgot something in the car, they even called us back to retrieve it.
