The service was excellent, and the car pickup process was very smooth. No deposit required, which is a key point!

Car did not have the trunk shell to cover luggage to prevent stealing. Turbo hose broke. But fixed the same day.

Picking up the car was very convenient, and no deposit was required.

Very satisfied. After collecting the luggage at Antalya Airport, the car rental booth is right outside the glass doors. There are many rental companies, it's quite easy to spot. An older gentleman efficiently completed the process.

The car rental company was quite friendly, but they said they would pick me up with a sign, yet no one showed up. I waited foolishly for half an hour. I asked other drivers who were picking up passengers, and they told me the rental company was inside the airport. But after leaving the airport, you can't go back in, so I had to walk 300 meters forward, enter the airport again from the departure level, pass security, find the rental counter, then they led me out of the airport again, walked another 300 meters, and back to the departure level, right across the road. I was sweating all over and wasted more than an hour!

The overall service was good, although it took quite a while. The plus side is that I didn't have to fill out any forms myself.

No deposit required, and the return inspection is not very strict.

Don't speak English, very troublesome

The overall experience with Cizgi has been slightly above average. The tyre condition of the car was poor and we had to take some decisions not to take the car in the North of Turkey in the hilly terrains. The drive and handling was excellent. The deposit back procedure was also poor as we had to go to different levels to get the deposit which was paid in cash back.

As always QEEQ was extremely helpful and tried there best.

When I picked up the car from the rental company, it only had enough fuel for 65 kilometers. When I returned it, it still had enough fuel for 500 kilometers, but they didn't offer any refund for the extra fuel like before.

The car was good, the service was excellent. For car rentals in Turkey, choose Cizgi—they are quick and efficient, and they didn't require a credit card deposit in my case, can't comment on other companies. The pick-up and return processes were particularly convenient, with simple and fast procedures.

Service is excellent but this time the car was a bit battered and bruised.
