Convenient and fast, high efficiency

When picking up the car, I asked if I had purchased full insurance. The rental company didn't inform me that the insurance contract was not with them. After returning the car, they directly deducted 380 lira. When I inquired, Grenta rental company told me the insurance was with Zuzuche and not with them, hence the direct deduction.

No need to queue, the paperwork was handled very quickly.

The car was new and in great condition.

Pickup and return were very quick, and the staff had a great attitude.

Returning the car is troublesome

The only downside was that they kept asking us if we wanted to buy insurance even though we already had it.

They said there wouldn't be an extra charge for returning the car to a different location, but there was still an additional fee...

I rented a Mercedes E but received a Mercedes C. The next day, the car broke down on the highway, wasting a whole day waiting for a replacement. They replaced it with a Nissan and didn't refund the price difference. A Mercedes costs 700 per day, while a Nissan is only around 300 per day. This is truly awful.
