Counter staff not particularly friendly and not really helpful when we asked for advice on returning car and avoiding traffic limitation zone. Drop off was straight forward.
The car was a 9 seater and was brilliant for our trip, it was clean on arrival. The only thing is the car park is very tight, apart from that all was smooth.
Very long pick up line at the airport which really delayed the pick up of the car. Counter was fully staffed but it too many customers at once to handle
Car fitted in 4 large suitcases without parcel shelf in place. Unfortunately hire company wouldn’t let us leave it so it had to sit in front of back seats entire journey.
Waited an age to get seen and then the agent stated they did not have the three child booster seats I’d ordered. She was wholly unhelpful and I had to be very forceful and insistent before she reluctantly managed to procure the child seats.
On return the company have fraudulently tried to pin damages on me for defects that existed at the time of pick-up. Fortunately, I took photos before driving off but that hasn’t stopped them withholding my cash for the trumped-up “damage”. Disgraceful and illegal behaviour from what I had previously thought were a reputable organisatio.

Great service. Would use again (but not to book a Europcar vehicle).
Had flat tire europcar could not find same or bigger car and I had to spend all day to find smaller car and half day to go from campitello to trento to get the smaller car instead of sending new tire the same day for the original car.

Keddy seems to be the budget arm of Europcar, at Naples airport its managed by the Europcar desk which requires a shuttle bus ride from the terminal, so finding it on arrival is no problem,BUT finding it when returning the car is a nightmare because the entrance is a narrow passage through what looks like building work fencing and is totally unmarked! I only found it because there is a hut at the gate and I stopped to ask the man there where the drop off point is! You can`t see the car park from the road. So be advised to make a note of where it is when you pick up the car!
If you are very weary and careful when you collect the car you should have no trouble. Film the car in minute detail with stills and video when collecting it paying particular attention to to lower parts like cills and bumper underparts, because they`ll look for hidden scratches when you return the car! The guy who checked our car went straight to a long scratch on the bumper underside and said "look"!
When we collected the car I found a LOT of major scratches not listed on the rental agreement as pre-existing, after filming them all I returned to the office to make sure they were shown as pre-existing. The guy said its fine whats important is that you have a video...... but that`s just a cop out because then later you have to prove that they were already there after they charge you for them, so insist as I did that they mark and sign all of them off on your form before you leave, then you`ll have no problems! When they see they`re not going to be able to pull a fast one on you they don`t try! Pick up and drop off the car in good daylight if possible, otherwise take a strong torch with you when filming.
The only gripe is that we booked a Renault and ended up with a Fiat panda with very little room for luggage, but as we were only two and it was a hybrid rather than straight petrol we could live with it!

QEEQ brilliant... no problems, price drop saved us £1.25!!! (but that`s quite a % on £25! for 4 days hire) Instructions and advice very good!
Le personnel Europcar de l'aéroport du Milan est très agréable et pas de tout lourd pour proposer des services additionnels etc. J'ai déjà eu des mauvaises expériences de location dans d'autres agences, mais cette fois-ci tout s'est passé à merveille. Tous les défauts de la voiture étaient signalés, cela ne m'étais jamais arrivé !
Pour le retour de la voiture il faut bien prêter attention car il y a des travaux dans le secteur.

I was absolutely surprised that to rent the car I booked I would have needed two credit card. It wasn't mentioned anywhere on QEEQ.COM (the 3rd parties where I booked the car) and I had to take what I was allowed to instead of what I paid for.
I booked a Peugeot 208 or similar and received a Skoda Fabia
+ A very short walk and easy access to rental station at Verona Airport.
+ At the counter service was smooth.
+ Third party insurance was accepted without further questions.
+ The final invoice was received very quickly
- The staff did not present or check the car during pick-up or drop-off.
- The fuel policy was full-to-full but tank was 7/8 at pick-up.
- The car made vibration when driving over 80kph
Nos dieron unos coches de categoría inferior a los contratados y más pequeños y además tuvimos que pagar 100€ adicionales por cada coche.

they have given us the wrong drop off location even though we hav asked for it and confirmed by the staff however, the location was 45 min away from where we requested the drop off and staff said that qeeq designated the drop off location.

Unfortunately Covid has affected rental business, there are less choice of cars, winter tires where not yet installed, or allocated to companies with fleet. The check in was managed by one person alone that was doing his best, but the process took long. Keddy / Europcar is till a top rental and their cars are very often in perfect conditions, as was mine.
MIlan Linate has moved the parking of the rentals in a different tower and you need to get two elevetors and pass through a bridge. Not easy, and a long way to walk.
Car exceeded expectations, Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the whole process was swift and efficient

As a booking platform cannot get any better, was simple smooth easy to navigate. Flight was delayed, emailed customer service and they responded super quick and made contact with the car hire facility in my destination Airport to inform them of my delayed arrival.
