Had flat tire europcar could not find same or bigger car and I had to spend all day to find smaller car and half day to go from campitello to trento to get the smaller car instead of sending new tire the same day for the original car.

Europcar desk at the airport had a queuing system 5hat meant they served their own customers first even when they turned up after our arrival. It wasn’t until I complained that they dealt with my rental.

only 2 are at parking. if you want some explanations regarding the car you have to wait or look for them.customer service could improve.
Like: Car gave good mileage...it was equipped with snow chains and reflector jacket in case of any emergencies Dislike: Car was by default set for Italian language which was little tricky to change back to english..
