1. After completing the rental formalities, the wait to pick up the car took 1 hour and 45 minutes, which is too long.
2. The lighting at the pick-up location was very dim, making it difficult to check the car's exterior condition.
Trying to change the booking time took some resolving but we got there. The car had lots of scratches all around, which is fine but please indicate them rather than asking me to do it! The car was fantastic highly recommended exceeded my expectations
They were able to replace the car after the original rental over heated. However I had to be taxied back to the airport as they could not bring a replacement car to me. Otherwise, a good experience.
Small crack in windshield at pick up but no issues beyond that and it didn’t affect the vehicle’s performance.
