Excellent and efficient

The location is easy to find, picking up and returning the car is very convenient.

The service desk is not inside the airport. I had to borrow a local's phone to contact the rental company for a pickup, which took about five to six minutes. The original car model wasn't available, so they offered a Passat. The fuel tank wasn't full, the car wasn't cleaned, and there were several long women's hairs inside. The car was covered in scratches. Additionally, my credit card didn't go through, so I couldn't rent the car. They returned me to the airport where I switched to Avis, and the same credit card worked without any issues. I will not use Alamo again.

One of the best service ever received from a rental company. I got an upgraded car.
