Returning and renting cars at Salt Lake City Airport is very convenient.

At the passenger pickup point in front of the terminal, a car arrives every 5 minutes. The driver was very enthusiastic and helped us load our luggage. It took 5 minutes to get to the rental place. There were three counters handling cars; the staff were very welcoming and finished the pickup procedures for us. They asked if we needed insurance. I presented the insurance I bought on QEEQ, which was the most comprehensive one. After checking it, they said it was fine and directed us to the backyard for the car pickup. In the yard, we showed our car pickup slip to the staff, who pointed to a range of cars and told us to choose any one in our rental category. We picked a newly washed car.

Overall OK, the car was very new and the staff was professional.

Got upgrade of car and overall service exceeded expectations and contributed to a great holiday.
