At first you assigned me a security deposit of 1000 dollars which seemed very high to me because I had already paid for insurance against theft and collision car. During the check in process at AZ rent a car they helped me lower it to 500 which still seemed very high to me, but more reasonable than the first one.

While the car itself met my expectations, my experience at the counter was disappointing. The representative added services like Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) and Additional Liability Insurance (ALI) without my consent or explanation. This resulted in unexpected charges that I only noticed later. Transparency at the counter needs significant improvement to ensure customers are fully informed about what they are signing.

The booking process with QEEQ.COM was smooth, and the platform provided a competitive price. However, when unexpected charges were added by Avis, the support I received from QEEQ was limited. While QEEQ did assist in contacting Avis, a clearer process to escalate such disputes and ensure customers are protected from unauthorized charges would improve the service.

El coche superó ampliamente mis expectativas, no esperé más de 10 minutos para poder salir de allí y el personal de la oficina que me atendió no pudo hacerlo mejor. Un 10 en todos los sentidos.

La plataforma de reservas funcionó al 100%. Estuvimos pendientes por si el precio final de la reserva bajaba, pero no lo hizo.
